I think that if somebody offered 90 million for Torres....I would accept it......just too much money for one player......that's one third of a 60000 seater stadium....or a great deal of debt payed off.

Excellent results this weekend. Arsenal lose and Spurs win. Both on 11 points and 7 games. Arsenal only one place ahead on goal differnce and hopefully the positiions will soon be reversed.

Another pathetic display by England.....Rooney looks like he needs a holiday...Lescott ?...what the hell does he do ?...Gerrard's free kicks = zero marks....all in all 2 out 10 for that performance...terrible...and what on earth is Wright-Philips doing in that side...?.....agghhhh....

The balance of this side is all wrong....Lescott...Wright-Philips...not good enough for an England selection.....Rooney and Gerrard...looked like something from a bad kick-around....and there was no creativity in midfield ....and why the hell did Defoe not come on ?....Capello is not getting this right .....

Well Done Scotland, never a hope in hell of winning that match but a gutsy performance and restoration of pride.

Between Greece and Serbia.....somewhere there.....no imagination that England side ...what do I do with the ball?....long ball up front or down the side ..bang it in the middle...yuck style of play...crap !....frankly they are pretty hopeless.....and too many black players who haven't a clue as what to do with the ball.

I tell you what Spain were amazing to watch last night..it is simply the best team i have ever seen...their passing to people to their correct foot with the correct pace on the pass every time was amazing...however the thing that impressed me most was how they conducted themselves on the park...there was no complaining to the referee, a nice wee acknowledgement of a good tackle etc, no trying to get people booked or rolling around

They play the game and act the way footballers should...Gerrard, Rooney etc take note

Scotland at leats restored a bit of pride but we will not qualify...last Friday put us out and i will never forgive Levein for the tactics
