The chart for this stock says it all.
The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.
The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.
The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.
With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.
MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

09.40 red at 2.95p trades about equal! if they want shares from profit takers why lower price.
does this mean they are now looking for buyers?????

If you have got faith in Artemis' judgement you might like to take a look at Coffee Republic (CFE). On Tuesday, as well as announcing their holding in Cybit, Artemis declared a 7% stake in CFE. I think this is a good recovery play - the shares are only 1.3p at the moment.

MMs need stock for the big players, we just don't seem to matter except they do need our stock. I'm going to hang in there, look at all the buys yesterday, this stock is definitely being managed. All imho dyor.

I can see your point prepared, so is the trick to scare the sharesout of us so the big lads can buy cheep rather than tempt us with a bit of profit, spose it makes some sort of sense :o((( ?????????????

It's not so they can buy them cheap as a pre arranged price will have been agreed for the massive volume instituions trade. The MM's therefore have to do everything in their power to free up shares and put people off buying, hence the slight rise - people sell on profit taking, then the drop - people get scared and sell to prevent a paper loss.
You'd be surprised how many people who trade short term set very tight stop losses, I used to do it during the heady tech days when rises equalled 50+ percent and falls came in the 10% range, I'd stock up, let it rise, keep upping my stop loss at only 3-5% below the price to capture most gains. Let it drop a few percent and then ensure I had a buy order in place. I made a killing doing this, though it did cost me a lot in fees, but the profits available back then were phenomenil. You could start off with a couple of grand as I did and built it up into a very tidy profit. I did still get burned slightly by the crash, as did just about everyone I reckon, but overall I came out much better on balance.
Hold your nerve and await the next news, etc.

thanks gary k I posted on here weeks ago I find myself somthing of ajinx (tounge in cheek I sujested you pool to buy me out) you didnt SO I got my little bro who is much better than me at putin the mockers on a good thing to invest all his available cash here he DID on Tuesday now look what has happened :0(((((( Igot to hang in I'm on a big paper loss ...I will hold cos I realy do believe this Co. will go far, that real reason I got little Bro.to buy, I do expect to see profit again soon ( I wish I'd sold at 4.5p to be able to rebuy now )hindsight wonderfull in it

Get yourself a strategy so you set limits and stop losses, otherwise don't watch everyday mate!

What I don't understand is why no news from Cybit? Surely there will be a trading update soon. Even the info in the Billam statement is well out of date.
Maybe Cybit should work on their PR!!!

Sometimes I find the markets incredibly frustrating. Since buying inot the share I have researched an awfukl lot in the company and everything seesm to suggest that this could be a real gem. Yet the markets keep putting the price down.
Whil;e I appreciate that some may argue its more potential than anything else this potential is beoing borne out by new orders and now instititutional backing.
It was about this time last year that a trading statement was amde and I am wondering if the same thing will happen again.
I also have shares in dfd and on Friday 10,000+ shares were purchased, 500 shares sold - result? - 2% drop in share price!! If the markets are driven by demand then why are there these bizarre movements?
As I said before I am definitely in until June now and will see what happend by that time in terms of new contracts and press coverage
