I am convinced that TAD will be back in the teens again very soon, and deservedly so.

I guess the AGM is now within T25 range, so expect to see some
more traders in and out.

So there you have it - inflated rumours before disclosing GEM. Unbelievable. And to think that Tad had already received 1m+ recently from another deal. They really must be desperate for the money to dilute as this level of sp.

Quite a bit more Gem financing still available to drawdown on, but of course that is dependant on average daily trading volumes of course.

Time to start the rumour mill again after the last rumour failed to inspire much of a rally in the share price?

Tad never ceases to amaze me - the sp is higher now than it was at the beginning of the week when talk of an imminent Gem drawdown was not even being considered. It's almost worth being in the share for its amusement value.

i for one cant fathom out what is going on. a favourite ploy of mms is to raise the offer to suck in buyers, but even that makes no sense.

gem sold way below the bid, so why has it gone up?

looks like the wages are being paid and the company hoping for a bit of revenue from somewhere. all this from a diehard ( 10 years ) tad fan.

other scenarios welcome.......tad has survived so long on promises, it would be a bloody shame to see them bust now.

the shares will be issued to Gem shortly, but their is no proof that they have sold any into the market yet. The rns says only that they will be added to the official list and the price that Gem will subscribe to them.

same old same old with Tadpole, nothing changes including the fact that they must still be loss making, otherwise they wouldn't be drawing down on the Gem facility.

I think there is every chance the shares have already been sold, after all would you be confident of getting rid of 11m shares at more than 5.82p, no matter how pally, pally they are with the mm's.
I am sure GEM haven't paid for the shares to take a loss.
