Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Another positive newsflow for Cybit!!!

Nitefly - 27 Feb 2004 13:50 - 1338 of 3104

We will all be saying, "I told you so!" when we turn on the screen on a morning and find CYBIT at the top.

Entertainment just watching the price.

Oh, how they like to shake the tree...

prepared - 27 Feb 2004 13:56 - 1339 of 3104

What I don't understand is why no news from Cybit? Surely there will be a trading update soon. Even the info in the Billam statement is well out of date.

Maybe Cybit should work on their PR!!!

chartist2004 - 27 Feb 2004 14:09 - 1340 of 3104

Just bagged a few more @ 2.83 :o)!

prepared - 27 Feb 2004 20:05 - 1341 of 3104

Bit about Cybit London Evenin Standard tonight. M & C posted details on advfn. All very very encouraging.

Pumacat - 28 Feb 2004 07:54 - 1342 of 3104

Sometimes I find the markets incredibly frustrating. Since buying inot the share I have researched an awfukl lot in the company and everything seesm to suggest that this could be a real gem. Yet the markets keep putting the price down.

Whil;e I appreciate that some may argue its more potential than anything else this potential is beoing borne out by new orders and now instititutional backing.

It was about this time last year that a trading statement was amde and I am wondering if the same thing will happen again.

I also have shares in dfd and on Friday 10,000+ shares were purchased, 500 shares sold - result? - 2% drop in share price!! If the markets are driven by demand then why are there these bizarre movements?

As I said before I am definitely in until June now and will see what happend by that time in terms of new contracts and press coverage

Pumacat - 28 Feb 2004 07:55 - 1343 of 3104

PS Any chance of the standard article appearing on the board?

prepared - 29 Feb 2004 23:08 - 1344 of 3104

Pumacat
The article was just stating Artemis holding, very positive as Artemis are very respected.......others will follow! The price is being held down to allow institutions to buy, once this is done maybe this week, then the shareprice will be marked up. I think the tide will turn this week! All imvho dyor

gary k - 01 Mar 2004 12:30 - 1345 of 3104

If not this week prepared, then maybe next or the week after.

What I'm saying is that this stock will rise at some point when it is not being manipulated for institutions to hoover up all the stock.

Med to long term this is a pretty safe bet in my opinion.

prepared - 01 Mar 2004 21:48 - 1346 of 3104

I agree they are a safe bet and I can't believe these are still under 3p to buy. What a bargain!!! I only wish that I had spare cash to buy more. I think a trading update must be due soon and then we should see some movement north. At some point MMs will not be able to hold this back.

gary k - 01 Mar 2004 22:02 - 1347 of 3104

I sold a shed load of colt Telecom at a very good price to buy into these in a big way, so I'm putting my money where my mouth is for the med to long term.

HCEG is looking good too.

beaufort1 - 02 Mar 2004 14:11 - 1348 of 3104

Wot no posts today?! Come on CybITters, you're slacking! (Or are you all taking profits on RTD today?)

Share seems to have steadied at 2.8. As you say Prepared, ridiculously cheap.
I think we'll have to wait for the results before we see any real action. A trading update would be nice... Little stocks like CYH need good newsflow to keep from sliding down the slippery slope.

Douggie - 02 Mar 2004 15:36 - 1349 of 3104

Well! we are still green in spite of thin trades at b/s 1:4 ratio could be worse

prepared - 02 Mar 2004 23:49 - 1350 of 3104

Douggie

If you look on advfn cybit thread, you will see that brugha posted earlier this evening that he'd contacted the company. He posted emails to and from Cybit. They more or less said that all was well and that new contract news would not necessarily require a rns and to keep an eye on the website.

C'mon Cybit get moving!

Douggie - 02 Mar 2004 23:56 - 1351 of 3104

cheers prepared D.

Golfclub12 - 03 Mar 2004 11:20 - 1352 of 3104

Golfclub12 - 03 Mar 2004 15:26 - 1353 of 3104
