still getting logged off when looking at a chart on stock watch and returning to the investor room. You do sadly begin to lose patience as this was reported weeks ago.

MoneyAM is owned by AJ Bell Media, so the information on the web page is correct. We always try to resolves these issues as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention.

Our IT team have reset our server, and corrected the problems. Please do email me if any problems arise again.

So I have come back in to my terminal working again Hooray!! So why didn't the servers get reset a week ago when I first complained?? Ha I know I hadn't googled the problem to tell you the cause !!!

Bones I can be very stroppy when I have to spend all day trying to get my terminal to work lol. I'm happy, happy today...it all worked first time. x

charts aren't loading when I click the chart button on my L2 monitor - thanks

charts loading have been hit & miss for a few days but not loading at all this morning.

It is the one day charts which are not found. All five of mine are missing inc. UKX

One day charts not working for me either.

ASC. The "one day" chart shows, but bears little relation to reality as shown by current trades. Looks as if there is an hour or so lag....
