Highlights from today's RNS

Significant 50% reduction in tumour volume

'A reduction in tumour volume of 50% is seen by the National Cancer Institute in
America, and other leading authorities as being highly significant'

The mice did not show any toxic or side effects, such as
weight loss, associated with compound administration. This suggests that the
compound is highly selective for the tumour, unlike the more traditional cancers
therapies, where effectiveness can be limited due to associated toxicities.

Professor Tom Cotter, founder and CSO of EiRx. 'We are now in active
discussions with a developmental company to further develop this molecule and to
prepare it for a future phase 1 clinical trial.

With an estimated 112,000 dying from the disease.
The incidence is forecast to increase annually at an average rate of 3%. The size
of the market for breast cancer drugs is $6.2 billion; representing 17% of the
total spend of the cancer market.

Hi Driver

Yes the RNS looked very promising for a company with such a small M/Cap the volume of trades today says theres a lot of interest and new awareness for the stock they also have other compounds and future drugs in the pipe line. This is definitely a long-term hold we could see 10p one day IMO.

smiler o - 19 Sep 2006 22:25 - 143 of 1180

Thanks driver, could be interesting , happy to sit and wait now in a small profit : )

That was a B trade yesterday, nice bit of volume this morning though and the sp moving up.
It's interesting that Seymour Pierce Ellis took on the new shares instead of Hoodless Brennan & Partners. They may be there new house broker but no announcement as yet.

Any thing above 28 today was a buy so the trades look a bit distorted it would be foolish to sell with further news in the pipeline unless you need the money that is.

smiler o - 25 Sep 2006 16:49 - 153 of 1180

Driver

Strange, I keep watching this share more than the others, could make some good money on this 1p would be a good start ! : )
