Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting
of ReneSola Ltd (the Company) will be held at
the offices of Pinsent Masons, 3/F, Room 340,
Shanghai Bund No.12, 12 Zhongshan Dong Yi Road,
Shanghai 200002, Peoples Republic of China at 4.00pm
(China Standard Time) on 26 July 2007 for the purpose
of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following
resolutions by simple majority:

1. To receive, consider and approve the financial
statements for the year ended 31 December 2006,
together with the reports of the directors and
auditors thereon.

2. To re-elect Xian Shou Li as a director of the
Company, who is retiring by rotation and offering
himself for re-election in accordance with the
Companys Articles of Association.


3. To authorise the Directors to re-appoint Deloitte
Touche Tohmatsu as Auditors of the Company
to hold office until the conclusion of the next
General Meeting at which the accounts are laid.

4. To authorise the Directors to determine the
remuneration of the Auditors.

5. That the authorised share capital of the Company
be increased from 125,000,000 shares of no par
value to 250,000,000 shares of no par value, by the
creation of 125,000,000 shares of no par value
having the rights set out in the Memorandum and
Articles of Association to be adopted pursuant to
resolution 6 below.

6. To adopt the Memorandum and Articles of Association
produced to the meeting and initialled by the
Chairman for the purposes of identification as the
Memorandum and Articles of Association of the
Company in substitution for and to the exclusion
of the Companys existing Memorandum and
Articles of Association.

ReneSola Ltd is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.

Sellers way outnumbering buyers. Looks like drift to the other solar players is on the cards.

Just a 57,194 UT buy proping it up. The sellers have it so far.

I expect it to return to the 200 DMA currently 454p.

Bounced off the long term support this morning, although once again volume so small as difficult to make a judgement. The RNS didn't say very much, but then AGM RNSs rarely do. Still in the dark re the doubling of shares in issue.

A return to 200dma is certainly a possibility. Looking at any stock this often happens, not to say it would then represent good support for futher gains. Small volume and the early rise being sold into. Staying short.

On the trades page it reminds me of when I used to go and watch liverpool whilst at uni, just like the kop, a sea of RED.

On looking back at the charts on 3 occasions this year when the trend has been down and the 509p hasn't held, we've seen 477p.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this.

kito, despite what the boards tell you, I would interpret that as a sell, being marked up first thing to accomodate the order. Only my opinion.
