Welcome to the board (mad house)

This is from the Questions to SEO page from us the investors

16) Why has nothing further has been mentioned about the Reckitt Beckinser, Reiser and Grampian trials? This gives the impression that these issues have now been quietly dropped.

We are expecting to do business with all of these companies. RB Electrosol Gel Packs and now Finish Quantum are using Stanelco technology on products which can be found in the High Street.

Excellent sites Driver, thanks very much. I have never been uncomfortable investing in SEO, I am more convinced now that they have a bright and shiny future (somewhat like the plates out of the dishwasher I would imagime!)

Regards,
Kim

Good morning Kim and welcome. Don't take life too seriously, you'll never get out of it alive.
This madhouse is sane. For unadulterated madness please visit the NOWT thread.

Thanks Alan, been there, love it; am working hard to bring my madness level up to the necessary standard to join it, looking for SEO packed strawberries in ASDA to dip in something tasty for Chocolat!

bhunt1910 - 11 Dec 2005 17:01 - 13544 of 27111

Well FWIW, my money is for an RNS on Tuesday to coincide with a strategic update by ASDA

The more astute may have noticed the fuel depot fire in Hemel Hemstead, the South of England will be virtually blocked tomorrow (incl.as far as Southampton).
Look for a 10% fall then on angst, maybe even 20% if it`s worse.

niceonecyril - 11 Dec 2005 19:57 - 13546 of 27111

Not sure wether this point regarding the statuary 120 day time frame required for
the other applications of Starpol, in the USA,has been made. On the 12th Oct. the RNS stated that they had approval for fruit and vegatables, and that the test on meat " was continuning ". Now its been 60 days since the RNS, that is 60 days +
the time taken to test for fruit and veg, or thats my reading of it.
Does anyone know how long the time frame for(F&V)trials lasted, i believe it would help to give some idea when we can expect news on the approval of the application.

chocbic - 11 Dec 2005 20:21 - 13547 of 27111

cyril, its been worked out elsewhere as someone found out when the application went in. Think they said it would be Feb before the 120 days was up although whether weekend days etc counted was unclear....

niceonecyril - 11 Dec 2005 21:29 - 13548 of 27111

chocbic,
Thanks for your reply, that means the trials started at
the time of the RNS. I'm am surprised they didn't all run
concurrently, so Feb it is.

The statutory time is the maximum not a fixed length of time, the FDA approval could just as easily arrive tomorrow, proof of this is that fruit and veg have already been passed within the 120 days.

I tend to agree with Baza, that the ASDA update is the perfect time to announce Greenseal and Starpol from an ASDA perspective, a bit like the Walmart using Natureworks PLA announcement.

niceonecyril - 12 Dec 2005 09:21 - 13552 of 27111

Its a statuary requirement of 120 days.
Refer to post 1538, investors article 8870#

Tonyrelaxes - 12 Dec 2005 09:30 - 13553 of 27111

Is it not that the FDA's statutory period is for them to reach and announce its decision WITHIN 120 days - not necessarily wait until the end of 120 days ?

In other words they have as long as they need , but no more than 120 days ?

tweenie - 12 Dec 2005 09:31 - 13554 of 27111

Well up 1p already.
whether its a requirement of 120 days or a maximum of 120 days (i think the latter) is hopefully a mute point. Good news this week, hopefully & Roll on the new year . Everythings going GREEN.
BLINGER with Envy. LOL

greekman - 12 Dec 2005 09:56 - 13555 of 27111

As I understand it re the 120 days period.
At any time during the statutory 120 days the FDA can give NONE approval. But approval can not be given prior to the end of the statutory period. The reason being that the 120 days is the period agreed on in order to assertain any adverse effects. Adverse effects can be found at any period during the 120 day trial, but obviously a set time has to be given for these effects to be discovered. IMHO of course.

niceonecyril - 12 Dec 2005 10:22 - 13556 of 27111

greekman,
Thats how i believe the 120 day trial works.
