MELDEX. Double your money- quicktime. (MDX)

kitosdad - 12 Dec 2007 16:20

The engines have fired up at last for MDX. ( BPRG ) At long last they are being recognised for the force they will become over the next two years. On the cusp of disclosing huge revenue-earning deals with Global pharmacists. These have been hinted at as being unrolled before the years end, but may be in the next days. You still have time to get in at a bargain-basement price before the SP takes off for real shortly.

Dil

The discussions with Stanelco with regard patents would have to be resolved before any take-over. The patents are very important to MDX products, so therefore without them MDX would slide back to sub 10p -15p.
Any litigation would costly for SEO and MDX. Hopefully they will not go there.

Yet another significant late buy............2,598,570 @ 0.6639 at 17.07 hrs. Thats totaled 4,710,730 in 3 trades in 8 days.
Anybody care to guess by who?
Could it be Dymanite
Bnag :-)

pumben - 26 Jan 2008 19:44 - 138 of 8631

Gone a bit quite on this thread but here are some comments from the Mail today, also snippets in Times & Express - target 95p

Note the Daily Mail Finance Section has coverage on Meldex:

"Suitors galore at pharmaceutical group Meldex, up 3.25p to 67.5p, to value it at 135m. It first disclosed a possible offer, believed to be from founder Barry Muncaster, on January 14. Now at least two others have joined the queue. Formerly called Bioprogress, Meldex makes fast dissolving tablets and other over-the-counter products, but is best known for Crescina, which restores hair to the follicularly challenged".

Fred1new - 26 Jan 2008 20:26 - 139 of 8631

The tablets are better defined a control released than fast dissolving. For other than cyanide the latter has little advantages over what it already in the market.

The latter claim has done little for my hair growth.

Wishbone - 26 Jan 2008 22:36 - 140 of 8631

I must have been snorting it or maybe my hair has fallen through the top of my head and emerged from my nose :-)

kitosdad - 27 Jan 2008 15:48 - 141 of 8631

There is no way that RT will sell out at a low price. He may well sell a few off--shoots of the products menu, but anyone who wants the whole shebang will have to pay the price ... which only he will decide, if high enough, to put forward to the shareholders. It won't be cheap my friends, it won't be cheap.!!!!!

Dil - 28 Jan 2008 09:22 - 142 of 8631

It won't be 120p if its BM making the offer .... and thats the reason he has been buying in the market.

scotinvestor - 28 Jan 2008 09:54 - 143 of 8631

barry muncaster is a git.....apologies to any gits who may be offended by that comparison

kitosdad - 28 Jan 2008 10:50 - 144 of 8631

LOL. Nice one Scotty.

BM will be small-fry against the ones who are really interested. He will make a good wedge of profit, that's all. He is only an interested by-stander amongst these big-guys.

scotinvestor - 28 Jan 2008 11:47 - 145 of 8631

i keep seeing 95p mentioned as takeover.....surely this cant be right?
i'm not one for 5 brigade but somewhere between 120p to 200p seems reasonable.

thought price would be a lot higher after 2 weeks ago with initial offer

Dil - 28 Jan 2008 12:30 - 146 of 8631

Seems about right to me.

Wishbone - 28 Jan 2008 12:52 - 147 of 8631

As yet there doesn't seem to have been an offer, lots of talk about approaches.............starting to sound like the BPRG of old..........talk and hype and very little definative...................hope i am wrong!!

scotinvestor - 28 Jan 2008 12:54 - 148 of 8631

i think soon there will be at least 1 if not more offers though.....just need a bit more patience

halifax - 28 Jan 2008 13:15 - 149 of 8631

More smoke and mirrors?

Wishbone - 28 Jan 2008 13:17 - 150 of 8631

Hopefully there are more than one genuine suitors, it should help to get a better price.

Wishbone - 28 Jan 2008 14:05 - 151 of 8631

Scotty is probably right.........patience, patience, but if it doesn't move soon I shall be a patient...........in a sanitorium.
Seriously though, we all like to make a quick profit, however, this may be one of those that if you hold (and be patient:-)) it ought to pay dividends with its patents and technology.

halifax - 28 Jan 2008 16:19 - 152 of 8631

Credit Agricole reduce shareholding?

Wishbone - 28 Jan 2008 17:22 - 153 of 8631

And another large late buy.

Dil - 28 Jan 2008 20:27 - 154 of 8631

Maybe all the 6250's that have been going through lately are Credit Agricole dumping.

Only another 8,227,394 to go but some of them probably went today.

Wishbone - 28 Jan 2008 21:34 - 155 of 8631

Hmmmn, could take a while then..........
