Well i'm out for Christmas! With no news expected and a general market slow down till the new year i'm gambling this will drift back.
I will revisit mid Jan and you all have permission to take the p1ss if i'm wrong.
You should still have an EVO update to come so good luck.

ALAN,
Exactly, If SEO are not as sure as possible re the future, would they expand re the Welsh project, and as you say the Welsh department involved must be confident.

greek...SEO have not invested anything in expanding in Wales....as i say they have managed to get their hands on some free public money...this however does not make a business......it just means their cash outflow will be huge next year with extra R+D expenditure.....it is a side issue in a statement that as you have all siad is crap............where are all the sales for their world beating products???? ......silence!!!!

Greekman,
I aint throwing my hat into the ring based on Welsh beurocrats, but even though the 2 statements are wishy washy, it still seems much esier to find positives in there than negatives.
Turn the 2nd RNS round a little and imagine that it had said, "SEO have made 3m more than expected and instead of pissing it away they are gonna open an R&D facility in Wales, employing 60 people, to develop our range of environmentally friendly products because we feel there is more of a market than anticipated".
Does that sound a little better?
In effect, they are one and the same, with the bonus that the forecasts have been checked by independants.

All this pre-close statement will do is move BPRG share price upwards from now on, they must be laughing.

no there is a big difference Hewitt.....if they had made the three mill in profit then the business would be moving in the correct way.....they have been given it and are no where near profitability.....12-18 months worth of cash left...the only question for me is if they will get away with another placing with ne new real sales.......starting to look worse and worse

Well if BPRG goes back up - then that is also good news.
I am all for seeing share prices rise for the benefit of its shareholders. Why they must be laughing beats me - perhaps its because Xmas is coming - or little things perhaps please little minds

Not sure if I'm reading it wrong but nowhere do i see that the Welsh will pay the whole 3m . Maybe I'm just getting too negative on these guys statements
"the offer of funding will allow SEO to create a facility investing around 3m to allow production...". Someones investing 3m but is that all coming from the Welsh ?? Totally unclear to me

Would be interested in where these obtained replacement machines have come from as well.
Have Stanelco bought them? I remember they are not cheap.
To me this raises more questions than it answers. I may write off to management again soon. I still think SEO can do it but feel they are further back on the development timescale than i thought.

Patience, Bema.
Rome wasn't built in a day. Soweto was built in a day. So was Milton Keynes.
Which would you prefer?

If you put it that way alan the answers obvious. ;o)
Just an "in-line" comment would have done me.
I hope my questions are seen as genuine. Now i no longer hold i don't want to be seen as a deramper. I still have a "pride" postion having recommended them to a work colleague who has recently bought.

I thought i'd misses the boat re topping up again.Personally I'd like to se 14p for sp on the 20th when I get paid. The tree been shaken and the'low lying' investers have fallen by the wayside.
I don't think anythings changed , the long term news is still good.
I also don't think you are allowed to put figures in pre closing statements. So will wait until end jan/feb for update re FDA.
Still happy
lots more jam tomorrow
