Evening All,

Had sweet FA internet all day-typical!!! The one day is decides to NOT work...!

Statement wise.........just another deep sigh really. Nothing much new, its all bit too much spin for my liking as some are pointing out. Feels like 1997 all over again...

Think the best this is to digest it over the weekend and see what the view is like on Monday...... Some poking around on telephones is needed ... :-)

Have a good weekend!

bullish on Perseco deal - it is a company maker - but not short term - my fears on GreenSeal - are proven - and short term - with cc and Greenseal failure - expect short - mid term weakness - to sub 10p levels - and in 18 months time - the Perseco deal will change this company - into a real going concern -

i will add - my comments in bold - into the news - and only on the Greenseal - which I have said - all along - was just ramping - to support the price - to raise cash

"GREENSEAL

Stanelco has made significant progress in the development and commercialisation
of its GREENSEAL technology. SIGNIFICANT means nothing - compared to what ? - hyping

We are currently working with ASDA and four of its key suppliers to fulfil the
initial stage of the ASDA contract still arguing - over getting 200 orders - only 2 are confirmed - 3 are optional - this is going down the pan - and exclusivity is running out .

Current potential placements are expected to lead to orders in excess of 50 conversions with one supplier to ASDA. Another supplier is presently indicating a requirement for another 30 machines. so only 2 still sold - and now 80 options - out of the proposed 200 - does this mean now - that there never will be 200 - just 80 -

In order to avoid suppliers having to shut off machines for retrofit during the
busy Christmas period and to overcome any possible delays, the Company has
acquired several MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) machines to convert to
operate GREENSEAL technology. These machines will be available to substitute
suppliers' machines in production, removing any obstacles of production being
periodically offline. the Christmas rush - does not effect January - its a seasonal excuse - to make people think - this is why its delayed - all the above talks of is POTENTIAL 80 orders - but if they want to convert in January - they would order already - i find this paragraph - an admission of failure

In addition, the Company is making significant progress with a number of OEM's
to adopt GREENSEAL as an option. This is likely to lead to further opportunities
of deliveries in parallel to the retro fit programme with ASDA. only an option - its not "wanted as standard" - and even as new - they only see - "opportunities" - the worm has turned - and nobody wants it ? -

Interest in the GREENSEAL product remains high. Outside the UK, the Company
remains in active negotiation with other major supermarket chains in both the US
and Continental Europe and it is hoped the results of these discussions will
impact the current financial year. The first US specification machines are now
on their way to the United States to our partners Advanced Technologies. i find this just pathetic - the only difference in a US version - is 60 HZ power circuits and motors - instead of 50 HZ UK ones - that is a nothing - and not worthy of a near year delay - its not been sold - and its a trial machine ?

so summary is - Greenseal has failed - is not liked or wanted - and this will give severe short term weakness with the court case - Perseco deal is a company maker - but its a long time - before you get the benefits - long term bull story - short and mid term now much pain and the bears will win

there is no real revenue to come in - to support the company - and cash calls will be coming in the new year - 18 months pain - before any gain

Teathers are right - and their report now tells the true story - EVO are protecting their client - remember - EVO is the only appointed one now

SE0 has now let down short term - mid term - a sell to 5p - in 14 months time - time to buy back in - to the SE0 story -

my fears on Greenseal - are all validated - back to within the downtrend lines - and back down into the downtrend is where SE0 - is going fast

ALL IMO - DYOR !!!

insiderinside - 17 Dec 2005 00:25 - 13816 of 27111

and i cannot see - RHPS - keeping a buy in place - into next year - a year with nothing - IMO - they will say sell soon - then buy back in - end of next year -

that would be - stupid to do - to keep a buy rating - in what will be a poor year

All IMO - DYOR !

seb190774 - 17 Dec 2005 09:28 - 13817 of 27111

hi seo investors and traders

I would be interested in knowing your feedback about the evo report which looks very promising. IN MY OPINION, it seems they will need some more time to settle and the next month or two may be rough for the sp. I think it will drop down to 10 - 12p (RESULTS AND OUTGOING c/c!!! ) as I see a fantastic buying opportunity. I don't think it will drop any further down but any opinions (in all honnesty!!!!) will be much appreciated.

good luck to all!!!!

Extract from Lemming Investor Brief Updates 16 December 2005

Stanelco finished the week with a bloody nose, despite excellent progress in 2005. There can be no doubting that 2006 will be a key year for the company The shares closed down 7.4% to 15.5p after announcing it received a 'substantial offer' of funding in relation to a proposed production and R&D facility in Wales, allowing it to invest about 3m in the facility.

It added that it made significant progress in the development and commercialisation of its GREENSEAL technology.

It is working with ASDA and four of its key suppliers to fulfil the initial stage of the ASDA contract, it said, adding that current potential placements are expected to lead to orders in excess of 50 conversions with one supplier to ASDA. Another supplier is indicating a requirement for another 30 machines.

Although the shares are 114% higher since our inaugural feature, We still believe Stanelco will be a 2 billion company in five years or so, if Wal-mart takes on where ASDA leaves off. Then they will all want to take up Greenseal - 50,000 of them (m/cs - not clients) However the 144m current cap is up with events and IMO needs at least 5m/pa profits to sustain it. The whole ASDA 200 m/c contract still remains tantalisingly indecisive, (though this weeks news suggests there is some movement in the right direction) and would not produce the 5m annual profit on its own. Biotec is potentially just as big but is a year further away.

This is a share with such a good story ahead of facts that when it becomes cash positive, it could well remain overbought on an astronomical PE say 80, and therefore will always carry a risk of sharp correction, as it did recently to 12p.

Stanelco also announced that it has entered into a landmark cooperation deal with Perseco, a company specialising in cost effective, innovative packaging solutions to the food service and beverage industries. The partnership will focus on utilising Stanelco`s packaging technologies. Amongst Perseco`s clients are some of the world's leading fast food brands in the US.

Howard White, Group Managing Director of Stanelco, commented:

'We are delighted that Perseco have acknowledged that Stanelco has some of the most advanced packaging technology in the world. This includes both our range of biodegradable food packaging materials from Biotec as well as the technologies within the Company's other subsidiaries. With this cooperation Perseco will partner Stanelco with a number of their global resource suppliers both to

present packaging solutions and to achieve sustainability in materials

has anyone heard more about the starpol trials with asda? surprised nothing mentioned in the update. maybe we will get some more news soon. hoping anyway!

insiderinside - 18 Dec 2005 04:40 - 13823 of 27111

i said late November - that Greenseal was in trouble - and Greenseal trials with Starpol were troubled - this is apparent - on the rumour of the US deal - SE0 was a buy to 20p - when it failed to go there on the news - it became a sell - and the trading update confirmed the sell - people knew

it is a simple choice now - Greenseal is a white elephant IMO - something to hype while they raised money and purchased another business - Biotec - the Perseco deal is great for the long term - but that long term is years away - short term there is more losses - minimal reveneue - and a court case looming - a court case that could cost SE0 between 1 to 10 million -

IMO there will be a big fundraising - if not in the first 6 months - then in the second - it has to be - IMO

so a simple choice - for an investor - there is big downside risk - big court case risk - Greenseal failure risk - GS+Starpol failure risk - never getting 200 orders for Asda risk - and its all downside risk - there is no upside until you move 18 months down the line -

so a simple choice it is - lock your shares away - forget selling them for a profit - watch the paper value go down - and wait a long time for it to come back - or simple sell out - take your profits - invest in some other shares - and come back to SE0 in 12 months time - and avoid the pain of watching them go down the downtrend - and building people paper losses - if it was me - i would sell now - take profits - and buy back in December 2006 -

whatever - for short term traders - buy BPRG and sell SE0 when the court case date nears - it will be a no brainer - for a short term deal - when the court case result comes out - IMO

All IMO - DYOR !!

insiderinside - 18 Dec 2005 04:42 - 13824 of 27111

Glad to see ii is singing from his old hymn book again and a welcome return for the manipuilated graphic as well. Why say a thousand words when a picture will do.
Oh, he's gone for both.
I got a bit worried last week when he told all his 'friends' to buy, I should have suspected a rat.No hard feelings -tis the season of good will etc even shorters deserve respite.
All the best to everyone for the festive season. Off to Scotland for a seasonal break with the family.
Expect nothing but good news in the next year. Still happy.

IMO some people are ill informed or making wrong conclusions let me help in the pre close update SEO could have given figures for revenue and loss they are allowed and can say in the region of but they chose to give no figures at all so it means its worse than people think bigger losses total bullsh*t for people to say they cannot give any figures - LOL

people wrongly think Greenseal is going well read the RNS again it says potential orders for 80 not confirmed potential does this mean that as we speak today SEO have just the 2 announced confirmed orders those other 3 were options potentials so is it today just 2 orders and 80 potential ones that may not happen

the recent grant is only 750K of the 3M so SEO are coughing up 2.25M and the grant is 750K so their 7M now is 4.75M with a court case coming where people think the total cost to SEO will be 5M and people say no cash call coming of course there will be sooner rather than later as they will want to do it at the highest price

IMO they will try to hype the price up before results lots of jam tomorrow then pull of a big dilution to raise money before final results and the court case - slam the price down

unless you are prepared to hold at a loss for a long time should people consider exiting their SE0 position to get back in when court case finishes results are out and forgotten and fund raising is complete ? later in 2006 think carefully and do not bitch after things happen

i have called Greenseal correct so far forget the ramping rags and brokers and ramping posters Greenseal was only ever IMO a tool to raise money to buy another business out of the RF field and now its ugly face is showing

IMO perhaps someone set up a ramping team? led by chief ramper whose purpose was to trick the tip rags and PIs into buying buckets of SE0 to ramp the price up to pull of a series of fund raisings to buy another business and what your left with now is the period where the ramp is shown to be ramp and the money raised spends a year to two getting the other business purchased to becoming profit making the price falls back and the people who set up the sting hope you all do not make the connection between the events that led to some hefty high price fund raising and the ramping that took the price up to allow those fund raisings to be pulled off a scam? well lots of BB punters know all about scams now

in 18 months from Perseco it will be a buy but now its a sell for me IMO a strong sell for me and some will make money on a short but that is just IMO -

All IMO DYOR !!!

Stanelco Still Has More To Do

So why am I not wholly convinced?

It's partly the history of the company. This company has been operating for more than 50 years yet it hasn't had much success. Two years ago, it was convinced that its fortunes had changed thanks to a new technology for encasing pills. But then the company got mired in litigation with Bioprogress (LSE: BPRG) on patents.

Over the last two years, Stanelco has announced a flood of new initiatives which all appear to have great potential. But I can't help wondering whether the company should have concentrated on progressing Greenseal instead of all these new ideas.

shamona - 19 Dec 2005 11:29 - 13833 of 27111

Switch to Bioprogress for a quick gain, buy back here next year.
