STORMCALLER - 18 Sep 2004 12:35 - 13941 of 23498

Good afternon all,

Thought I'd better pop-in to catch up, never imagined it would take so long! I was already flagging after onerous trolley race, there seemed to be people everywhere stacking shelves, but no great selection actually available, ?!?
To cap it all favourite cashout-girl not in today...bummer.

stockbunny,
Thank you for the kind sentiments, sorry to see you have now been struck down by a bug, if you need a place to rest, I have made huge log fire in the back room where it is quiet and you can be snug-as-a-bug-in-a-rug...

Fundy,
Happy birthday, I hope you have a great day, drink on the bar for your return!
(Must also extend my admiration, up so early on your birthday! don't think I would....)

Now I will make a fresh pot of tea, and well-earned too (he lied!)

Socrates - 18 Sep 2004 13:18 - 13942 of 23498

Happy birthday Fundy.

Stormy
We seem to be running parallel lives here. I've just been trolley racing too. The Tesco grand prix, I lost by a short bonnet. I would not normally trolley race on a Saturday but was forced to take my charabanc into a particular garage for a warranty repair so it was two birds one stone, to coin a phrase.

stockbunny
Get well soon and as an incentive, as soon as you are fit again I'll rub you down with a fur mitten!

Now Stormy, I'll have some of that tea if you please.

STORMCALLER - 18 Sep 2004 13:22 - 13943 of 23498

Socs,
Good afternoon, the tea is ready and poured! The parallel you mentioned is becoming almost like an umbilical, my beastie goes in for service, repair and mot on Monday. Major purchase of steroids today to try and boost credit card!

chocolat - 18 Sep 2004 13:29 - 13944 of 23498
