Lambykins's Dutch Coffee House - ADULTS ONLY (LAMB)

Spaceman - 28 Jan 2005 23:56

CLOSED - THANKS to all customers for the last few years

Should've been, opto - but for some reason I've ended up cleaning up after the plumber for the last hour...and I've just spent 10 minutes looking for the cat. I could hear her, and I was a bit worried because I've just been putting the groceries away (she has a habit of leaping into fridges).

Anyway, she was under the floorboards...don't ask.

Choccy, it could be worse, my neighbour's daughter lost a guinea pig in the cavity wall, took a while for it to come out...you just have to wait, after all what else can you do. Under the floor boards.. I must remain curious :-)

I once lost a pound coin in a trice, I couldn't even find the trice, let alone the pound coin.

optomistic - 26 Feb 2005 20:47 - 1398 of 24230

Hard to find a good trice now Socs, something to do with the EU it is said.

Try finding a ten bob note, Socks ;)

That reminds me, opto - a friend of mine trod on her guinea pig once - she never got a second chance. :(

Hope you retrieved your cat Choccy, you have gone very quiet.

optomistic - 26 Feb 2005 20:50 - 1401 of 24230

Crossed posts there Chocs, did you save the cat?

chocolat - 26 Feb 2005 20:51 - 1402 of 24230

Oh she's saved - it was the washing machine just now.

chocolat - 26 Feb 2005 20:54 - 1403 of 24230

You probably think I'm joking, but I'm not.
She talks, you know - every time you open a door to her, she makes the same noise...along the lines of "it's about bloody time too"

chocolat - 26 Feb 2005 21:07 - 1408 of 24230

Holy it'saboutbloodytimetoo, Batman!

optomistic - 26 Feb 2005 21:08 - 1409 of 24230
