Evening all.
Heard rumourings with regards to some developments this week and next.
I reckon the Walmart 'never ending rumour' might at last get an announement, and that perhaps we could be seeing some progression with Mcdonalds. SEO have had a lot of talking with them in the last few months since the American packaging conference thing.
This share always starts rising due to news leaking-every RNS is led by a rise. I reckon tomorrow or wednesday we'll have something, with maybe something next week too-well here's me hoping anyway!!!
Funny how Blinger stays away on days like today.........I dont think we'll be hearing anything for a while anyway from him, coz the sp aint gonna be 12p next week!!

Indeed SS.
The thing is I've heard SO many rumours in the last 6 months, each time nothing happens!! Time will tell I suppose.
Anyway, I havent bought into SEO for ages, just been sitting on them since 18p/21p, so I've got a bloody nose at the moment-getting back up to those levels would make me much more comfortable!

i was actually hoping that seo would not rise just yet as i will have 10k to invest later this month. oh well !
i do have approx 400k shares though ranging from 6.5p to 22p so the current increase is still very welcome. lets see what the next few days bring
good luck

I am no longer convinced that the sp will drop as far back as that - but next 7 days will be telling.

Paul expects a rise this week and a fall back due to profit taking on Friday--says his contacts at seo know no reason for the rise---but they would say that!!

its so obvious what is happening - the court case is from the 16th - the rampers know that an SEO rally can last up to 5 or 6 days - they know the court case will kill the price - so to make them money - the technical traders - Ash - PM1 - etc - have now decided to ramp this up a week before the court case - knowing momentum and lemming minds will push it higher - so they can make 20% or 30% up from their last Friday buys - sell out this Wed or Thu - then go short just in time to get the big drop - from the court case start -
you are dealing with rampers - technical traders - take your profits today or tomorrow - or they will make sure this falls over from Thursday - Friday - and then they will be short - not long
watch what they do - how they trade SE0 - if you want to make money - nearly too late to go long now - but get ready to go short when they do later this week -

lArrow Coated enters into agreement with Stanelco Group
Source: IRIS (10 January 2006)
Arrow Coated (Q, N,C, F)* Products Ltd has entered into reciprocal commercial and technology agreements with Stanelco, a public listed company on London Stock Exchange (LSE). This collaboration opens exciting opportunities for both Groups through increased penetration of the market for water- soluble films as well as better exploitation of the patent portfolio held by both groups. The agreements, reached after several months of negotiation, will enable relationships between the two groups to be further developed.
As a result of these agreements Stanelco plc Group, a world leader in RF welding technology and packaging innovation, together with its wholly owned subsidiaries, Aquasol and Adept Polymers, has expanded its marketing reach and its product range.
The company, one of the world`s largest producers of cast water- soluble films, has expanded its range of films and its technology base.
Arrow UK, a wholly owned subsidiary of Arrow Coated, India, will be working with Adept Polymers to market Adept`s extruded water soluble films in certain designated countries of Europe.
This development builds upon the strengths of both groups. Stanelco plc group will be able to focus on marketing its core RF welding, biopolymer and packaging innovation businesses while Arrow can leverage its marketing skills and distribution system in both Europe and Asia.
Shares of Arrow Coated were last traded on BSE at Rs 88.25, up by 5 per cent.

My reading is that this is more jam tomorrow - but again potentially a large market - especially as India has banned plastic bags after the floods in Mumbai last year where plastic was responsible for blocking the drainage system.
I guess this could contribute to revenues in 2006 - but more likely 2007

Thanks to Paul and Baza for that one.
So it wasn't a leak after all. It was released news.
Only question is, if it is significant, why wasn't it released by SEO?
Makes ii's synopsis look a bit wrong though.
Still happy for the long term.

.......and the feeling is that there is more to come later this week or next.
Not based on facts though.

Not sure, myself, Baza.
I would have thought all the good news (if any) will be stored up to sweeten results that we know will not be good.
Again, not based on fact, just how I'd play it in SEO's position.

When are the results due out - early Feb ??

Something like that. Unless its an instant revenue generator or drain then I think SEO can get away with not releasing the news till then.
We know the results will be poor (though I believe not as poor as some think) and this is probably built into the price now, but SEO may wish to hedge their bets on price movements by keeping a bit of solid good news back to support a forecast of a good 2006.
Just my opinion, and probably worthless.

PS
May also be to distract from behind schedule rollout of Greenseal, or a bad day in court, or a number of other negatives.
Nothing like having a positive to take the heat off a negative RNS.
