The Company was informed on 4 April 2007 by Barclays PLC, on behalf of Barclays
Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Ltd, that it held 48,469,737 ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 13.93 per
cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, as a result of a
transaction on 2 April 2007.

Being suspended tomorrow.

But I couldn't help myself and decided to increase my stake. Hopefully they will succeed in a reverse takeover some time in the future. (Though I suspect I've just thrown good money after bad). Oh well .... can't take it with you, can you.
