Mr Alex Salmond, SNP are they right in their quest for Independance? (SNP)

Chris Carson - 22 Oct 2011 17:26

This question has to be addressed obviously to Scots. Is it realistic?

'An independent Scotland would clearly be economically viable. But whether Scotland, the remainder of the UK - or both - would be better off after separation is much less certain.

ptholden - Aye, see where you are coming from :O)

dreamcatcher - - I am English and have lived in Aberdeen for 11 years, I also think an independant Scotland would be economically viable. But I also think if it aint broke (the union) then why fix it. Guess I am biased, or selfish, not sure.

CC living in Scotland for a long time (11 years) what sort of talk do you hear from the
people. Thanks CC.

dreamcatcher - I like my nose the shape it is mate, so I certainly would not bring the subject up in certain areas of the city. However the people I work with and friends I know I would say are not sure, especially about Mr Salmond. That's why I asked the question.

Thanks Chris.

Knowing the Scots, it has been loaded for English investors.
