Anyone investing in Telspec?
I appears their recent announcement to move to AIM has prompted a
sharp fall in the share price and recovery is not looking great for
the short term.
Apparantly Telspec is on a PE of 1 IF R&D is not included, so one could
argue that this is a bargain....
Anyone have a views and additional information?

TSP has been rising very nicely in an otherwise dodgy market. No RNS news but has anyone heard anything to account for the very welcome gain?

I haven't. I think that someone has woken up and noticed the healthy credentials. It is also worth noting that this move is on fairly feeble volume. Money for jam at the moment :-) DYOR

"Shares in Telspec added 2.5p to 21.5p today. The word on the street is that the company, which has 6.5 million cash and receivables and 8 million pounds in tax losses and a market cap is 8.7 million pounds, has a number of big broadband deals on the way." from UK-Analyst.com

Very rapid rise - Too much too quick always worries me, took profit and cashed in, maybe too early ??

It feels like someone is working a large buy order. The price is being walked up by all the MMs today without any reported trades. I'll be looking out for the late-reported trade later

Telspec chairman Duncan Soukup resigns over directors pay dispute
AFX
LONDON (AFX) - Telspec said that its director and chairman Duncan Soukup has resigned with immediate effect 'following a disagreement between board members as to directors remuneration'.
Earlier this month, the firm said it was launching a fundamental review of its ability to remain a going concern due to an 'unsustainable' cash-burn rate.
