flatbrokeagain - 09 Sep 2005 13:15 - 15 of 50

Ian, the button to sign on if you are already registered is not visible I can only see the 'I am not registered' button. Is this a problem at my end?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Sep 2005 13:20 - 16 of 50

Flat,

Yes it is displaying correctly here - here is the direct link for you:

Big Al - 09 Sep 2005 13:51 - 18 of 50

That explains why I won't be doing it again, Choccy! LOL!

adicoleman - 09 Sep 2005 14:33 - 19 of 50

Ian i have done the above but can not access L2

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Sep 2005 14:34 - 20 of 50

Adi,

Have checked your account and it has upgraded correctly - I have just manually logged you out at this end - can you click on the log out button and try again?

If you do this and you still cannot access can you check to see if you have a pop up blocker on? You will need to disable or configure it to accept MoneyAM as L2 works as a pop up from the main site

Ian

adicoleman - 09 Sep 2005 15:13 - 21 of 50

Can now get a small L2 screen showing Buy and sell orders only no other info ?

IanT(MoneyAM) - 09 Sep 2005 15:16 - 22 of 50

adi,

next to where you put in the epic code, to the right it should say either small medium or full - it seems that you may have it set to small - to see the full version you will need to change this to full and then press the greeen arrow.

Ian

adicoleman - 09 Sep 2005 15:22 - 23 of 50

Thanks all sorted

a big THANKS TO MAM.......just when i NEED L2. could be the catalyst that actually gets me to subscribe.

ps

remember to log out and in again to access L2.

Bones - 13 Sep 2005 12:31 - 26 of 50

I generally only want to follow a small number of stocks on a medium term basis (not actively trading them) so it is not worth a full sub for L2. I would however be interested in a service that allowed me to choose a limited number for a defined period. Say a "licence" for 5 named stocks, with an option to change one or more of them once a month. That way, I probably get what I want for a tenner a month (for example).

I don't know if such a thing is feasible but if not, that's a tenner a month MoneyAM isn't getting :)

cobras - 13 Sep 2005 15:56 - 27 of 50

IM ALREADY REGISTER W MONEYAM ,,I CLICK THE FREE TRIAL 2 AND NOW IS NOT WORKING,, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM
ANDREA TANK YOU

IanT(MoneyAM) - 13 Sep 2005 16:03 - 28 of 50

cobras,

As per the instructions at the top, please click on the 'Log Out' button and then log back into MoneyAM - you should then be able to access Level 2.

Please also make sure you have any pop up blockers switched off for it to work properly.

Ian, Remember I won 6 months' worth of Level 2 on the Golf Day, well are there any self-teach guides on how to use it, at all? I haven't got a clue, mate! Also, when clicking on the 'T' trades on the 'Stockwatch' page, your System is logging me out of the whole Site a few moments later - any thoughts on this.....?

MightyMicro - 13 Sep 2005 17:08 - 30 of 50

markusantonius:

Just a suggestion: try clicking on the "Help" button (top right of the page). On the Help page, click on the "Level 2" button (upper middle of the page).

This gives a good basic overview of what it's all about.

DocProc - 13 Sep 2005 17:18 - 31 of 50

Of what what is all about?

Actually, I know the answer to be '42'.

Bones - 13 Sep 2005 17:42 - 32 of 50

I assume my post no. 26 is not worth a comment. It is a serious question. Perhaps I should just complain I can't log in :)

Seymour Clearly - 13 Sep 2005 23:27 - 33 of 50

Bones, I think at the moment there is a fee to the LSE which doesn't vary according to how much or how little you use it. This would be a very worthwhile arrangement to those of us who don't need a vast range of stocks but I can't really see it happening in a hurry.

Have sent you a more detailed e-mail to your old address. Let me known if you don't get it.
