Gold Oil has just been floated on Aim and is involved in the exploration for oil in the Americas. The company has just signed an agreement with PetroPeru for exploration in the north of the country and also they have signed a memorandum of understanding with MAN Ferrostaal of Essen, Germany for the evaluation and feasibility study for a more than 200 mln stg petrochemical plant to be constructed in northern Peru.
Following the release of this news AFX commented that brokers believe this could potentially be huge for Gold Oil.

And looks like someone just bought 250,000. In fact there are over 3/4 of a million in unknown transactions. A bit of mystery to add to the equation!

interesting to see what happens next?- can we move sp north before next update whenever that will be?- good though to see progression although frustratingly slow. now 'operator' status is in place we can move forward. still have no idea what the potential is in regard to peru acreage?. but goo by the sounds of it have had interest to do a jv agreement but looks like they want to go alone. perhaps they are quietly confident without revealing too much? at this stage.

I like this, very good news on it's way just some i's & t's left but it's sorted. Don't expect 6p but should be in touching distance. But how knows about SP moves ya, all you can do is deliver the goods and hope nowadays.

good strategy sold 50% of business - less exposure to europe and 'operator' status for core business in peru.

not that bothered about keeley resigning - due to personal reasons which i believe to be true all goo details still on his website tend to think if any bad feeling he would have cut off as soon as possible not left months after.
2006 massive year for goo-
WHAT DOES THEIR VAST ACREAGE HOLD?- gmoore reckons the acreage offers potential for 30yrs research and hopefully mass production.
