Bankok - its a fantastic place - can be a bit overwhelming to begin with - but so much wealth of history and culture.

Only been the once - but will be going back - but not till 2008 earliest as 2006 & 2007 already planned, 2008 looks like Thailand, Australia, Singapore .

Wasn't Eric also staying in Thailand somewhere with his daughter - perhaps thats why we have not heard from him in a while. Shame as I missed his analysis and commentaries on SEO. Anyone know what happened to him ?

Belfast wall to wall sunshine 29c

How is that for a ramp

jimward9 - 11 Jan 2006 10:35 - 14071 of 27111

hewittalan6 - 11 Jan 2006 10:37 - 14072 of 27111

See NOWT thread post 3411 and then tell me you'd be anywhere other than my beloved Yorkshire!!!
Alan
PS Derbyshire is just Yorkshires back garden!!!

Bugz - 11 Jan 2006 12:25 - 14073 of 27111

Bloody hell! I mention in passing the weather this morning, come back and find 37 weather related posts!! LOL :-)

Indeed its lovely crisp day in Leeds, winds light to moderate and lots of blue sky-if only my stockwatch had a few more breaks in the cloud.......

Bugz - 11 Jan 2006 12:26 - 14074 of 27111

Alan,

Alas I'm not a Yorkshire man. Born and bred in the depths of North London-no doubt a Southerner of the very worst kind! ;-)

bhunt1910 - 11 Jan 2006 13:13 - 14075 of 27111

Lovely sunshine in south now - you can tell we are all bored today ??

Tonyrelaxes - 11 Jan 2006 13:44 - 14076 of 27111

So bored I have decided I am going to visit my Kings Cross office 20 miles east of here.
Sky so clear and sunny now I will not wear waterproof trousers - but I will leave the heated handlebar grips switched on !

(I mostly travel by motorcycles for those who don't know)

This should do it.

Afternoon all

Can anyone direct me to SEO board.

Seemed to have lost my way somehow and strayed onto a Met Office board. Next we'll be getting the bloody Shipping Forecast.

Oh God, knew I shouldn't have said that. There'll be loadsa commentaries on North Utsera, South, Utsera, Humber, Fisher and German Bight outlooks etc. (Ah, those were the days when Sailing By kept me company in the wee hours whilst waiting for dreaded "gales increasing to storm force 10".

What's the forecast for SEO for the end of this year. Only potential sensible forecasts please. You know who that excludes - blatant rampers and derampers.

The oily one

Driver
Same goes, when you get around to coming out here,do contact me,providing I'm here as I do spend time both here and there, will be happy to help in what ever way I can.
When I first came to Thailand,I couldn't wait to get out of Bangkok, because of circumstances I spent alot of time here and discovered there was lots more to the place than just hustle and bustle, the places I have discovered will be happy to share and feel they would make a difference to anyone's stay here.

shipping forecast

just for you oily :)

Oilywag - 11 Jan 2006 15:56 - 14082 of 27111

Thanks Bos

Don't need it, I am often awake before 6am and after 12.30am and also around during the day when the shipping forecast is on 198AM on R4.

The oily one

jimward9 - 12 Jan 2006 11:54 - 14083 of 27111

A lot of shares being trades in PXC possible something going on ?

Tonyrelaxes - 12 Jan 2006 11:57 - 14084 of 27111

I dont know the times of the shipping forecast but they always seems to have interrupted TMS when a wicket is taken. Maybe there should be more forecasts when England are fielding and less when batting!

bhunt1910 - 12 Jan 2006 23:08 - 14085 of 27111

Just had to get this back on the front page - nobody seems to be using this thread any more ?
