Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

I fully agree with Ian. I got sick and tired of some of the abuse and filthy language that appeared on the screen. I want to see info on the share in question, as well as any hints and tips and snippets of information on what may be happening with these companies.
The dismal performance of the shares is bad enough without adding more misery ourselves!
Good luck to everyone!

well said dwbd... I am usually a silent observer but feel the urge to let u know that I agree!!...

Agree with comments re abuse

However feel like swearing a huge amount as I DO NOT UNDERSTAND how 2.5 million buys vs 1.4 million sells = deduction in price!!!!

More buys than sells and price falls. This subject is always popping up and does takes a little explaining. However Croc and Little Woman have both in the past made very clear explanations for this and I am sure would do so again if asked. Perhaps an explanation should be posted on 'page 1'.

Pumacat - you need to ignore the trades, they can be misleading.

Every time someone buys some shares, someone else sells them. But only one of the transactions are recorded - according to the price. Todays trades were all ordinary trades - which meant that they were all done within brokers without the need to go into the market place. So when someone purchased some shares today, the broker sold them from their internal stock which they had bought (often the same day) from one of thier other clients. It is the AT trades that effect the price. If a broker (or anyone else) is short of stock they will BUY from the MM who SELL the shares. It is only when the MM get short of stock that the price goes up to encourage brokers to SELL shares to the MM who BUY it. The MM drop the price to encourage people to buy from them, but today, they still did not get any takers - that's why the price dropped.

ahh..most interesting little woman, im afraid all this is very new to me but find in most interesting. I have followed these shares since they were at their high of 4p+ and am now starting to regret my then confident impulse to buy, if only we had a large glass ball, does looking at the stars help at all???

little woman - 09 Mar 2004 22:56 - 1414 of 3104

Just be patient. The results are due out in June for the year end to 31 March 2004. I would not be surprised if the share price starts to pick up at the end of May in anticipation of good results. But I don't expect much to happen until then. (It was the same thing, last time the share price went up!)

degzy.hughes - 09 Mar 2004 23:38 - 1415 of 3104

I will be awaiting eagerly as ime sure many will be, I think if anything its a waiting game and you need a lot of patience, I proved that I dont have this quality as I bought large into Corus at 18p, sold at 23, bought again at 24 sold at 26, bought again at 30p , got far too greedy and watched my dreams come true as they went to 37p and watched them all dissappear just as fast, sold at 22p, and still I am not prepared to work out my loss,( look at the buggers now??1!) if only ide been in a coma for a few months...time will tell now..thanks for your shared knowledge all the same, ime sure ill never learn!!
