THE TALK TO YOURSELF THREAD. (NOWT)

goldfinger - 09 Jun 2005 12:25

Thought Id start this one going because its rather dead on this board at the moment and I suppose all my usual muckers are either at the Stella tennis event watching Dim Tim (lose again) or at Henly Regatta eating cucumber sandwiches (they wish,...NOT).

Anyway please feel free to just talk to yourself blast away and let it go on any company or subject you wish. Just wish Id thought of this one before.

cheers GF.

oh dear god!!! i used to look like that!!!! slicked back hair, long ponytail, goatee beard, trying hard to look like a colombian drug baron!!! other days i would let it loose like a cross between jesus and lawrence lewelyn bowen. thought i looked really cool. and then age creeps in and the hair starts to thin. 5 years ago i realised i was starting to look like francis rossi, and then to top it off, someone kindly remarked in a club one night, " fuck me !!! it's michael bolton"........
now it's short.......

LOL !! you can't be that old bos your just having a baby.

driver - 30 Sep 2005 14:14 - 1415 of 81564

jimmy
Chaplin had a baby at 90?

bosley - 30 Sep 2005 14:38 - 1416 of 81564

not that old, driver....... but baby is due end feb/early march and i'm 40 next june. hence the 2 weeks off work to finish off all those bits around the house. the main reason i had left things the way they were is cos i knew they would be ball-ache jobs. i was right. i've got nads like buster gonad, they hurt so much!!! serves me right for letting myself be inspired by those crappy bastard programmes on telly about property developement, like "grand designs", and buying a wreck 3 years ago. ho hum!!! carpets come next week and that should be that. start doing the garden next year........once me nads have calmed down.......

Cheers guys,
well im still out on bail. I have to go to a probation office in 2 weeks for a pre sentencing report and they will give the judge a reccomendation of sentencing which will happen on the 28th October which is the same day I have to go back to hospital for my broken foot. Typical!! I pleaded not guilty to a charge of section 18 but guilty to a section 20 offence which they accepted so there will be no trial. The difference between the 2 is a section 18 offence carries a maximum of life in prison and a section 20 5 years so something has gone my way. Shame, if Michael weirdo Jackson can get on sky im sure I can!!!!

Looks like you all have to put up with me for another month!!!!!

wilbs - 30 Sep 2005 15:37 - 1418 of 81564

I dont mean I have to go to hospital to get my broken foot as if ive left it there for them to fix, its still attached to my leg.
I just wanted to clear that up before someone picked it up.

driver - 30 Sep 2005 16:05 - 1419 of 81564

bosley - 30 Sep 2005 16:17 - 1420 of 81564

oh i've got you sussed , mr wilbs......... veeeeeerrrrry convenient going to court with your leg in plaster................... looks like going for sympathy worked!!!!!!! in october, try conveniently breaking your back and go to court in a wheel chair.

well....you never know....... it might work.

bosley - 30 Sep 2005 16:18 - 1421 of 81564

try this

hewittalan6 - 30 Sep 2005 16:23 - 1422 of 81564

I find that bribery usually works very well. Or blackmail. The local head of vice squad really regrets that unfortunate incident with the shocking pink vacuum cleaner and the lesbian dressed as a social worker. Strange I should have been hiding with my camera at the time.

Ive not got me foot in plaster, I have one of these on.

I hope I dont break the other foot, both my arms and my back. Not only would I be unlucky but I would look like this. (And I will try the wheelchair trick submitted by bos)(the cheques in the post).

hewittalan6 - 30 Sep 2005 16:59 - 1424 of 81564
