S/rod

Not so sure about him not being right yet.

I think he has had a good track record of preannouncing/predicting news. He appeared early last year and generally is right about impending events - but not the scale of them. I will try to look back and compare them with events.

He only makes announcements and never gets involved in chat, posting or anything else. I am not aware of him on other BBs so think he is fairly focused on SEO and only one BB. He may well be "inside", not at the very seat of action but near enough to know when something is going on - whether it comes to fruition or not.

Worth listening to anyway and certainly more entertaining than some others we could name...

insiderinside - 15 Jan 2006 03:31 - 14135 of 27111

the rampers have ramped it up - into the court case start - as predicted - all longs and no shorts - pumped the price - and now they will all go - some already have - short in a big way - and ride the price down - make money on the long on the way up - now short all the way to the bottom of the trend - with the court case starting monday - they could even push it through - the bottom trend line - a shorters dream - IMO - DYOR !!! pump and dump - it will now be a race - to dump first - some of the large trades end of last week - were shorts - the main big ones - IMO - DYOR !!!

the captain guide - everyone relax - is to allow the medium - and minor shorters - to get the best prices - on monday - as they throw out SE0 shares - and the fall starts - the longer they can keep the ramped in people ramped in - the more time they have to unload - before the ship starts sinking - watch it start to fall - next week - by thursday afternoon - predict to be very much lower - than it is now

I would wet myself if SEO won the court case.
ii- clutching at straws again.
Same old song and nobody's listening.
GET IN FOR THE LONG HAUL.
Nice Graph--- funny how the bottom scale is uneven , you would'nt be manipulating the figures would you?
LOL

I expected considerable volatility over the two weeks leading up to the cc, so am pleasantly surprised to see it holding steady in the mid teens.

I suspect that it has found its range for now subject to any significant developments.

With between 0.5% - 2% daily trade volume with an average trade in the region of 10k - 35k, I would assume that most of the stock is well held and any large trade takes some time to fill.

There has also been a large buyer(s) at ~15.5p for some time, should be a major player willing to lap up stock in this range regardless of the short-term movements. If so, can't be long before they declare their hand.

Whatever the case {pardon the pun}, indicates the cc most likely already factored in.

I also expect some very itchy trigger fingers first thing tomorrow, it is the nature of things. There will always be a small percentage who will leave things to the 11th hour, with the potential to adversely skew the otherwise indifferent trend.

jimward9 - 15 Jan 2006 18:06 - 14139 of 27111

As we all know cc tomorrow, a few may get nervous and sell, price may well drop a penny after cc. (only if SEO do not come out to well)
So derampers can close there shorts and if they have any sense, like the rest of us who rate SEO highly.
BUY all you can, from here the only way is up.
I for one will be buying more. Good luck SEO on Monday and all Holders.

hlyeo98 - 15 Jan 2006 18:10 - 14140 of 27111

Is the full verdict out tomorrow or do we have to wait for more cliffhangers?

blinger - 15 Jan 2006 18:59 - 14141 of 27111

thank you for the balance super-amazing how rampers lies become the truth when questioned by more than one honest person- multi-aliased prats ramp everywhere.
Hands up Captain -- there you go 12 of him.

blinger - 15 Jan 2006 19:01 - 14142 of 27111

Cantlose- do grow up sill boy, your prose is pathetic, and watch the Court Case tomorrow 10.30 am, then count your pennies.

samon - 15 Jan 2006 19:48 - 14143 of 27111

thought Peace, Love and Hope had returned to this thread?
Wrong Thead?

garyble - 15 Jan 2006 19:55 - 14144 of 27111

BOS,

Get with it mate, you're a bit premature there....11:00 I do believe!

samon - 16 Jan 2006 10:56 - 14145 of 27111

peaceful but very quiet?

hewittalan6 - 16 Jan 2006 11:01 - 14146 of 27111

Couple of quarter million buys gone through at 10.45.

hewittalan6 - 16 Jan 2006 11:07 - 14147 of 27111

On second thoughts that was probably just a rollover.

bhunt1910 - 16 Jan 2006 11:54 - 14148 of 27111

Well - it does not look like an ooc was reached - shame for both sides I think.

I really do not think that the cc will have a material bearing on the sp of either company as I am sure it has already been factored into the price. Once this distraction is out of the way, both companies can focus on what they are good at and hopefully we will all enjoy the fruits of their labours.

Fingers crossed for all

Yes I agree Alan - a rollover

bhunt1910 - 16 Jan 2006 12:21 - 14149 of 27111

....and another tickup ...

nicksig - 16 Jan 2006 12:27 - 14150 of 27111

Baza - what price you looking to sell at?

bhunt1910 - 16 Jan 2006 12:33 - 14151 of 27111

Long Term - 1 + - but not for another couple of years or so

Why? - does it sound like I am ramping - apologies if I am - just fascinated by what is going on - all of which was opposite wo what I expected

Baza

nicksig - 16 Jan 2006 12:35 - 14152 of 27111

No, not at all. Just wondered what your price target was. I'm also pleasantly surprised by the trades going through this morning. Do you have any further details on how the cc will proceed from here?

bhunt1910 - 16 Jan 2006 12:45 - 14153 of 27111

No I am afraid I am not an expert on these things. There has been quite a lot of discussion on the cc on the ADVFN thread - but also quite a lot of stupid comment. Might be worth a visit there to get more background.

Just borrrowd this from a poster over there
"the litigation relates to events which took place in the late nineteen nineties, and and centres on the entitlement to three families of patents, the court originally found that ONE of the families belonged to BPRG, and Two of the families were found to belong to SEO, , However in the light of further evidence that has been identified since the original hearing, and on the basis of legal advice recieved, stanelco believes that it will be able to continue to pursue this area of technology. stanelco seeks leave to appeal."

It could all be over today - or it could take days - and apparantly an oocs could occur at any stage in the proceedings right up2 to final judgement
