A few buyers coming in now, suckers.

cynic - 27 Jul 2007 16:33 - 1419 of 3050

said it before but bwill say again, buyers can be closing short positions

goldfinger - 27 Jul 2007 16:38 - 1420 of 3050

Dont you mean sellers?.

goldfinger - 27 Jul 2007 16:39 - 1421 of 3050

Looks like you missed out on about 10 points or so cynic, just a weekends drinking money I guess and no big deal.

cynic - 27 Jul 2007 16:45 - 1422 of 3050

could just as easily have gone the other way ...... no one ever sold at the top and bought at the bottom ..... buying back at 480 was just fine

goldfinger - 27 Jul 2007 16:55 - 1423 of 3050

Going long now?.

cynic - 27 Jul 2007 17:01 - 1424 of 3050

nope

goldfinger - 27 Jul 2007 17:09 - 1425 of 3050

Pity.

goldfinger - 27 Jul 2007 17:13 - 1426 of 3050

Only joking.

Holiday next week so i wont be able to do my running commentary and mickey take out of the resident puffer here.

Shame as Ive really enjoyed the last 3 days.

I suppose I can post from an Ibiza cafe now and again.

Have a good weekend to all.

Greyhound - 30 Jul 2007 08:43 - 1427 of 3050

I closed my shorts here on Friday but have not gone long. I have bought into Jetion and showing gains already this morning.

cynic - 30 Jul 2007 09:16 - 1428 of 3050

i am trying hard to sit on my hands as i think the markets are currently very dangerous and unpredictable - e.g. who would have guessed FTSE to open +50/60 after the further drfubbing in US on friday? ...... meanwhile, closing my short on SOLA does not now look so dumb with sp at least temporarily back through one of the key levels - 480

kitosdad - 30 Jul 2007 12:53 - 1429 of 3050

oooppps cyn .... spoke too soon.?

goldfinger - 31 Jul 2007 23:07 - 1430 of 3050

Looks like this one could be open to exposure in the morning.

It just doesnt have the legs to get out of trouble at the moment.

Short term traders could be in for more reward......... just my opinion.

Greyhound - 01 Aug 2007 08:22 - 1431 of 3050

I'm short once more. Test of 426p, key Fibonacci level looks very likely now and 200dma broken.

cynic - 01 Aug 2007 08:23 - 1432 of 3050

i agree .... looked a minute or so ago and could have sold at 464 (i think) ..... finished off an e-mail and looked again to find down another 10p ..... i think this stock could tank quite badly and have taken a small position to support that view.

sp has now fallen through 200 dma support ..... arguably some support at 440, but then i think 400 is next stop.

goldfinger - 01 Aug 2007 08:44 - 1433 of 3050

Yep I can see 4 quid on the cards maybe more depending on the Yanks at open.

Pi liquidity running out of steam. In a very dangerous position this one now.

kitosdad - 01 Aug 2007 08:55 - 1434 of 3050

Was taken out at 452p, so I'm sitting on my hands now like my mate GF. Was going to move the stop, but decided not to buck the trend.

cynic - 01 Aug 2007 09:03 - 1435 of 3050

kitso ..... was that short or a long position? .... hope the former

goldfinger - 01 Aug 2007 09:05 - 1436 of 3050

Yep theres an inverse relationship between credit and liquidity.

The point is reaching were sola bulls dont have the resources to prop this one up anymore.

A few will try but in vain.

kitosdad - 01 Aug 2007 09:24 - 1437 of 3050

Long. boo-ooh.!!! LOL.
