It is phoney, it was hived from another site and edited to suit the posters needs.

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 10:22 - 14198 of 27111

Oh Shamona - go look for yourself - or post what you think is the correct version - no matter - the gist was pretty accurate

bosley - 17 Jan 2006 11:10 - 14199 of 27111

i don't understand why they can't reach an ooc settlement. makes a lot more sense than paying lawyers.

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 11:11 - 14200 of 27111

Remarkably quiet on here considering the sudden drop. Hope its only a tree shake with MM's looking for stock - but not sure how that works with a Sets stock - if it works at all.

hewittalan6 - 17 Jan 2006 11:17 - 14201 of 27111

Not sure even if it really exists!!!!

jimward9 - 17 Jan 2006 11:35 - 14202 of 27111

Chin up lads, win or lose, once its out of the way, the only way is up. For SEO & BPRG.

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 11:48 - 14203 of 27111

Jim - 100% agree with you - though I suspect agreement is still some 6 months down the line. Not sure that they will agree anything this week and as SEO are bound in my opinion to pick up some damages and of course costs - it is in their interest to delay things until they have more revenue coming through the door - so thgat it will not hurt as much.

blinger - 17 Jan 2006 12:11 - 14204 of 27111

bhunt, er yes I can read the High Court page too, unfortunately it doesn`t say what happened yesterday, where is the official version of the minutes you imply are extant?

Oh and take a look at the share price and volume to see the opinion of holders.

hewittalan6 - 17 Jan 2006 12:17 - 14205 of 27111

Same old story, different government.
This is why SEO may have huge potential.
This has just been released.

Packaging waste has gone up by more than a million tonnes in the past seven years.

Defra Minister Lord Bach told a conference more needs to be done to ensure the UK meets 2008 packaging targets.

But he said he recognised progress had already been achieved by firms and local authorities in improving recycling rates for packaging.

He said: "The efforts everyone has made in terms of recycling packaging waste have already resulted in considerable progress and thanks to this we are now recycling almost 50% of our packaging waste - double that in 1997.

"But there needs to be a greater focus on minimisation and that focus must start today. Packaging waste has increased by over a million tonnes in the past seven years and this cannot continue."

Lord Bach, who highlighted new regulations setting revised recovery and recycling targets for packaging waste, also encouraged firms to engage more with local councils, the waste industry and consumers.

"Consumers rightly have an important role to play, by choosing goods that are not heavily packaged, buying 'loose' food rather than pre-packaged food, or using their own shopping bags or boxes.

"However, more needs to be done by industry to offer the public this choice and demonstrate to them where you have already made progress in terms of reducing the size and weight of certain packaging.

"These new regulations will certainly present some challenges but by working together, from Government right down through business and on to consumers, I am confident we can meet them."

Lord Bach also launched a Defra booklet summarising the changes which can be found at www.defra.gov.uk.

Ah yes free beer tomorrow-lol.

This thing is rangebound as Captain Biggles well knows in his ramps,e.g. it reaches its lower level in the range -" hold tight for take off", its reaches its range top "accelerating to 30k feet", nothing happens ?- flight delay.
Never seen such BS since Gordon Brown

johnny the fox - 17 Jan 2006 12:27 - 14207 of 27111

When I look at todays 'volume' it tells me that the vast majority of shareholders are not selling! Some folks do make silly comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 12:50 - 14208 of 27111

Bling - dont try playing clever.

I dont know if there is an official version of the court proceedings - probably not.

All that I said was that I had copied from another thread their account of the proceedings. This was in the main substantiated by others who were also there.

I thought it was a reasonable summary of what went on because none of the others that were there denounced it. If you would care to put up your version of events - then thats fine - I dont have a problem with that - but to denounce something you have no knowledge of - well - that speaks for itself.

hewittalan6 - 17 Jan 2006 12:54 - 14209 of 27111

Be fair Baza. Blings a member of the aristocracy. If you restrict him to posting only about things he has knowledge about the thread will fill up with posts about inbreeding and corgis.

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 13:17 - 14210 of 27111

Alan - thats True - did not think of that.

Apologies Bling - you carry on mate - but remember whatever you post - I will probably do the opposite.

PS just bought some seo at 15

Baza

TANKER - 17 Jan 2006 14:49 - 14211 of 27111

i am beginnig to like this stock will be buying anther 100000.

zscrooge - 17 Jan 2006 16:02 - 14212 of 27111

lol Tanker. A clear sell signal then.

blinger - 17 Jan 2006 20:40 - 14213 of 27111

bhunt- if looking for the truth is "trying to be clever" (pretty juvenile cliche), I stand guilty, repeating unsubstantiated drivel is as bad as making it up- unless of course the post is substantiated. Then I shall owe the original poster an apology, not you whowever ,who merely repeated a piece of dogma which suited your ramping.

Hewitalan , you are a sad case- look at the share price dearie!!!!

As for the rest of the rampers` rubbish posted tonight- geddoutahere!!!!!!

DOWN AGAIN!!!!!!!

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 20:44 - 14214 of 27111

Another version of events from yesterdays cc from a "respected poster" on ADVFM

schull69 - 17 Jan'06 - 18:41 - 11865 of 11904

All:I'm just back from the cc where there was one other BPRG friend and the loner I mentioned this morning .I was introduced to him and he said he is neither gmanhi nor courtreporter but he did relay news to the latter and will be upset if he has been misreported.

I only attended the pm session because I hoped that Baldwin would be on but Miller was presenting until the close at 4.20.I can't be drawn on points of law nor on the technicalities of rf welding so what follows are my own subjective views and really just to give a flavour of the court.

I believe that Miller was given a hard time by the judges.

Ward to Miller:"Your submission doesn't make sense to me."

Ward to Miller when Miller was making his case for estoppal:"Mr miller I've spent all weekend reading these papers and I've just been teaching students at Greys Inn about advocacy and I said to them that if you have got good points get them in quick and if you've got a bum point drop it.".....Miller saed he was dropping his estoppal.(lawyers here can elucidate from this but it seemed to me one hell of a putdown.)

Wilson to Miller requesting clarification:"Mr Baldwin hasn't made this point so it's probably not a good one but....."

Ward to Miller:"...there's an Alice in Wonderland quality to all this..."

These are out of context and these judges and barristers all know each other so my feeling that Miller was given a rough ride may be wrong and maybe a lawyer on the board could give a view about how fellow professionals treat each other in court.

Towards the end there was comment about damages between Miller and the judges and he did say:"Damages will be substantial so we will have to fight them every inch of the way..and they will do the same."This leads me to think that this is going to the wire.Baldwin is on tomorrow and the court resumes at 10.30.

Last bit:RT was present from 2.30 and we had the briefest of words with him by the lifts and he was courteous and friendly and is far too professional to give a juicey soundbite but he did reaffirm that it his "job to safeguard shareholders assets."

Please take account that these are my own views and are intended to give heart in these frustrating times...and my take on the selling this afternoon was that it was a concerted sell by SEO people to put the wind up us..look how pond life came on after 2.30....chins up chaps! All the best.

bhunt1910 - 17 Jan 2006 20:45 - 14215 of 27111

I see both BPRG and SEO both down - this cc is not doing either company any favours. The sooner it is over - the better - then both companies can get on with doing what they do best

blinger - 17 Jan 2006 20:48 - 14216 of 27111

When I look at todays 'volume' it tells me that the vast majority of shareholders are not selling! Some folks do make silly comments!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
----------------------

Well patently "the vast majority" aren`t selling today or the share price would be 1p, however more level minded and scrutinous investors may notice that twice as many sold as bought,

where do they find these people to ramp- Rampton???
