Since the switch over we have had a few teething issues, so to save you reading all the posts on this thread, ill list the ones that have been found, and when they have been fixed, cross them out. If things are not working despite being 'fixed', ill put them back on the list.

done that,what i now have is a new format/plus i can still get the other.
new format works on the left hand side of the screen,but main part of the screen 90%does not update.
old format,works on the main part of the screen,but not the 3 colums on the left

well i can get 2 types of graphics.i have just removed all the stocks on stockwatch,and i well re enter them and see what works.

ian , trades charts are fine .no news next to level 2 box.main screen at least 15 mins behind.

ian it wont update,to get it to update i have to click on stockwatch all the time,ever time a re click it updates.
i did not have this problem before at all.

can you tell me if it says 'turn streaming off' at the top of the stockwatch next to where it says connected to stream?

somthing must be wrong i can see the color blue on my screen,aint seen that for a long time

ian yes it does.but if i click on it i either get,,trades/charts working fine,,and if i leave it on,main part of the screen works fine,,but no trades/charts.

just been on to check to see what i get,right here goes.
if i click on turn streaming on,,i get charts/trades working fine,but the rest wont update.
and if i click again to turn streaming off ,,charts/trades wont update,but the main screen will then update constantly.do you understand,,,because i dont.

Everything OK on my stockwatch except for no 'N' news box on left, has this easy access to RNS disappeared now?

opto,did you have any of my problems,if so had did you fix them.

DD been out all day until a short while ago, came home and everything OK, apart from the 'N' box, not really important but was usefull.

Ian T. Just realised there wasn't a 'box' for N, it just popped up when there was some news. Found it unusual not to have any N's particulary adjacent to VOD, rare indeed.

As said in a previous post we have an issue with the 'n' flag on stockwatch. A fix is being worked on at the moment.

16.30 no stock watch. All day no news buttons.

Problems at close : stockwatch and trades pages have stopped responding.

16:30 streaming missing again, only grey box. Been OK all day
