peteark - 24 May 2005 19:08 - 145 of 1643

You do realise Hay is not going to like this flash advertising

REDHILL - 24 May 2005 19:16 - 146 of 1643

Pete & Advans

A few weeks ago many of us suggested filtering Haystack and not replying to him.You stated that it was necessary to defend the stock. Why this complete 180 degree turn?

RED

advans - 24 May 2005 19:23 - 147 of 1643

Red, the change around is due to people saying to me that I was as bad as him by arguing for the stock. I still believe that but also see that he is upsetting people like Annbar etc.

I do not, and I stated this earlier, believe that hiding behind the filter is the answer but we have tried everything else, so open to new ideas.

Perhaps the answer is in the header. As long as everybody who visits this site realise the reason we filter him, it will probably be for the best!

insiderinside - 24 May 2005 19:24 - 148 of 1643

Advan - 3 more trading days to the end of our jest - will it be nearer 4p or 6p ?

The trouble - as I keep saying - is margins and pressure on them by new start ups - in reality most believe that a repeat of a profit - or increase in profit levels will be very difficult to achieve this is why the weakness and fallen SP.

peteark - 24 May 2005 19:29 - 149 of 1643

Someone as also pointed out to me I should also stop baiting him, this is true why are we even discussing the no mark, we have far better things to talk about.

Sorry everyone.

peteark - 24 May 2005 19:31 - 150 of 1643

insider are you a yeah or a nah on filtering your m8

peteark - 24 May 2005 19:32 - 151 of 1643

Hot off the press news from Envesta
The click through system is now up and running.

So what does that really mean?
It means a dealer can now advertise his own website i.e www.cheapercallsworldwide.com anyone visiting my site will be automatically forwarded to www.cheapercallrate.com then if a customer signs up I automatically get the commission.

This is very good news for dealers as it opens up online advertising It will not be long before the coffers start flowing into the the companys 'Cash Cow' Cheaper Call Rate. Which in turn is very good news for shareholders. The touch paper has now been lit.

insiderinside

Well we shall see around the first week of July wont we.I expect a trading statement then and i will be topping up substantially before then in anticipation.
By the way i do agree that SEO is grossly overvalued.

RED

insiderinside - 24 May 2005 19:35 - 153 of 1643

pete - sorry - but my ways are I filter nobody and read all posts - even if they are stupid or abusive or whatever and from whoever - you never know when you may miss something important by squelching.

Encouraging squelching and filtering does IMO show a weakness of holding - the company does the talking with orders - results - turnover - profit - not a BB.

To have a good thread - it must take all views - then it becomes good and worthy - anyone can make their own mind up to squelch someone if they so wish.

peteark - 24 May 2005 19:37 - 154 of 1643

Insider I am happy to have you here, however please do not converse with H here....please

insiderinside - 24 May 2005 19:38 - 155 of 1643

Red - the or a trading statement is the key - if things are going well an early trading statement will be given - if its not going well and time goes on - the longer it does go on and get nearer the results - the weaker this will be due to an expectation of problems if there is no trading statement.

Myself and dear old Muffy agreed there - news is the key now - no news by end of 1st week of July will not be a good sign.

tangle - 24 May 2005 19:38 - 156 of 1643

Evening everyone, feels a lot more cosy here than on the other side.

Haystack - 24 May'05 - 18:54 - 138 of 147 (Filtered)

Had my doubts this would work at first but.....hmmm, seems to have done the trick.

Pity "IT" has now infiltrated the TMC thread over there, I wonder why?

peteark - 24 May 2005 19:39 - 157 of 1643

Bear in mind the rest of the business is doing fine without CCR

insiderinside - 24 May 2005 19:43 - 158 of 1643

pete - that is the key - forget CCR for this reporting period - is the rest of the business doing ok ? Key question - have they been affected by margin pressure - small start ups - calling card declines ?

That is what the trading statement has to clarify.

QUINAN - 24 May 2005 19:46 - 159 of 1643

Evening all I will keep an eye on the dark side until the end of the month when my subscription runs out, and let any new peeps that dare to enter we have moved. Any way thanks for info pete will now have to work on a web site to promote CCR as you say the coffers will start to roll in once all dealers start the selling process. Its early days for CCR but I can see this doing very well and making EVS a nice sum of cash.

advans - 24 May 2005 19:46 - 160 of 1643

Insider, I will concede in advance on our wager, the issue I hoped would materialise has been delayed somewhat so my reason for the gamble a mistake.

However, I am confident that when the results do come out, the SP will rise to new levels.

I will have to rely on a positive action now to wager again, not my estimation of an occurrence which I mistimed.

So I will admit that the company has not lived up to my expectations as of today with regards to the SP.

On a different tack, re your comments above, we do not intend filtering any negative comment that has some reason attached to it to justify it.

We do think it fair though to remove elements that just copy and paste irrelevant information with no reason other than to annoy.

We do not need it, it has spoilt the other thread and I see it more a sign of strength that a BB has had the balls to set a standard that nost posters will appreciate.

Those who do not like the conditions do not have to post here do they??

FLOPPYJOE - 24 May 2005 19:47 - 161 of 1643

Exactly Pete, and thats why i cant fathom why some people keep talking these down.CCR is simply an addition to an already forward moving company so why the 45% fall in the sp since results day.I just look at the market in general and most stocks are treading water, nothing is flying higher, yet a bit of bad news like Regal Petroleum came out with and bingo we have a major sp collapse.I just cannot for the life of me see bad news when an update comes and thats why i am topping up at every chance. The only thing that i can see happening which will annoy people is if good news comes and the sp fails to move north.
