Sequestor - 24 May 2005 19:00 - 1428 of 2262

500k short close explains the neutral days price, lots more to come as GEM bites, the CEO bites, the punters bite, and TAD is slowly consumed

RIP

Sequestor - 26 May 2005 09:46 - 1435 of 2262

Maybe when he reaches 3% of the total shares, so only about 8m to go then.

pachandl - 26 May 2005 12:40 - 1436 of 2262

Quite possible

MightyMicro - 27 May 2005 01:04 - 1437 of 2262

Just a BTW: I always worry when I see software companies like this mutter about their patents ("early and core Patent") in their releases. I'm reminded of Dr Johnson's comment that "Patriotism is the last resort of a scoundrel". I can't help but substitute Patents for Patriotism.

My logic is that when software companies have to fall back on patents to protect or enhance their value, they have run out of everything else. "Look, it doesn't matter that we've cocked the business up, we've got a patent". Oh great.

rogerp - 27 May 2005 09:10 - 1438 of 2262

Sequestor - 27 May 2005 10:07 - 1439 of 2262
