Why would I need distracting, Bunny Girl? SEY on the up today.
:o)
Jeffie & Dazzling Davey,
Thanks for those 2 links yesterday. Being P2P, do you consider them to be safe? And do you know about the content? Can you get the latest hits or they all from unknown artists?

Hilary, I used Kazaa and it caused me problems and on looking into it I was not alone.

Thanks for the feedback, Opto.
I'm actually happy to pay for the downloads. Some sites seem to charge a flat fee of around $20 pa, although I wonder if they are (a) legal and (b) if they will still be around next month. The likes of Napster seem to charge per download, in which case it strikes me that it's probably just as easy to buy a CD from somewhere like CD-Wow.

Good point about legality Hilary. Other point is if you go out and buy a CD you really know you want it, if you are downloading from a site at so much a copy (cheap) you will probably download a lot that you really dont want. May sound odd to some but it is my way of thinking (Yorkshire folk you know :-))

Oh no reason why we might want to distract you...other then trying
to get you to take your eye off your portfolio (the game) as we are
hoping to climb further up the leader board and are trying to be as
strategic is we can..in all directions. ;>)
I'm going offline for a while - really MUST settle down and do some
more work and also just picked up several varying phone messages from
a friend who's been trying to get through to me for hours - I'm on
dial up.. - to only be repeatedly confronted by a message service..
Whoops....so before she completely looses it with me, I'd better clear
the phone line!! LOL
Take care all and may be back later on.

Bye bye bunny, hello everybody else.
Pink champagne will be long gone I expect, so shall settle for a nice cup of tea instead.
