Just look at VOD! at this rate we will be lucky to finish up in front today, looked so good through the day. Is it the spreadbetters closing out thats done it?

stockbunny - 22 Sep 2004 16:21 - 14230 of 23498

Ah sounds like you've made progress..mine was pathetic, I am
going to have to sit down tomorrow and chain myself to the key
board in the morning so I have to sit and type or it will never
get done at this rate LOL

stockbunny - 22 Sep 2004 16:22 - 14231 of 23498

Don't know - been searching about for clues on other threads
but can't find any conclusive answers as to why its gone down pm.

stockbunny - 22 Sep 2004 16:27 - 14232 of 23498

OK this is truly weird...PAG and CTT - both specialist finance co's
have held gains for me, but both banks (HBOS and LLOY) have lost the early
gains. RTR has taken a hammering it seems and a hell of a lot of green
(going nowhere)

optomistic - 22 Sep 2004 16:34 - 14233 of 23498

An RNS on LLOY today Bunny, I think it was a German Bank, looked interesting!

Big Al - 22 Sep 2004 16:38 - 14234 of 23498

bunny - I am indeed back.

Hil - chopper functioned correctly, hence stayed dry! ;-)))))

stockbunny - 22 Sep 2004 16:38 - 14235 of 23498

sadly didn't do a lot for the price though LOL
Another slice of gateaux??
See Al's disappeared - maybe that chopper comment worried him LOL

stockbunny - 22 Sep 2004 16:38 - 14236 of 23498

Opps and there he was again LOL

Socrates - 22 Sep 2004 16:46 - 14237 of 23498

Get the kettle on, Socco's in again. Just going to pop out to read all the threads then I shall be back.

optomistic - 22 Sep 2004 16:46 - 14238 of 23498

Well thats the end of the day, now for dinner: chicken in black bean sauce on rice for dinner, hope I like it haven't had black bean sauce before ( I think)
Bye all

stockbunny - 22 Sep 2004 16:52 - 14239 of 23498

Errr I hope you do too - black bean sauce is not to everyone's taste
I'll keep my ears crossed for you that it is to yours Opto - have a
great evening!!

Evening Socs! How's your day been??

stockbunny - 22 Sep 2004 17:11 - 14240 of 23498

Socs, sorry but I've got to cook dinner sorry to leave you on your
own in here but I'm sure someone will be about soon. Have a good evening
and hopefully will catch you tomorrow after hours. Byeeeeee :>)

jeffmack - 22 Sep 2004 17:17 - 14241 of 23498

Hils
Happyly (?) used Kazar for a number of years without any known problems. I guess being p2p its important to have up to virus protection and a firewall.

Content is bang up to date, my son downloads everything.

I am out tonight, but give me a bunch of song names and I will check if they are there some time tomorrow.

hilary - 22 Sep 2004 17:35 - 14242 of 23498

Thanks Jeffie ...... you're a sweetie.

:o)

The Top 10 downloads from another commercial site appear to be

1.
The Black Eyed Peas
Let's Get It Started

2.
Maroon 5
She Will Be Loved

3.
Hoobastank
The Reason

4.
Avril Lavigne
My Happy Ending

5.
Ashlee Simpson
Pieces of Me

6.
Tim McGraw
Live Like You Were Dying

7.
Big & Rich
Save A Horse (Ride a Cowboy)

8.
Usher
Yeah!

9.
Kevin Lyttle
Turn Me On

10.
JoJo
Leave (Get Out)

Could you check them out on Kazaa please?

Also how will the P2P thing affect the other pc's on the network? We've got 4 wired into the router including my trading station. I don't mind sharing files with my kids, but I'm not too happy at the prospect of some spotty faced oik in a Yankee backwater being able to view the contents of my PC.

Socrates - 22 Sep 2004 17:52 - 14243 of 23498

Right, all my stuff sorted out so it's down to some serious tea drinking. These downloads don't look very interesting, no Abba, no New Seekers and where are the Hollies?

amberjane - 22 Sep 2004 18:04 - 14244 of 23498

Socs :>}

hilary - 22 Sep 2004 18:07 - 14245 of 23498

The Hollies probably with the Ivy, Old Socs.

:o)

PS. Why are you drinking tea now? It's 6pm ...... time for a Vodka Red Bull!

amberjane - 22 Sep 2004 18:12 - 14246 of 23498

You like to do everything early dont u Hils?

Socrates - 22 Sep 2004 18:42 - 14247 of 23498

Vodka Red Bull, no contest, tea it is!

Big Al - 22 Sep 2004 19:21 - 14248 of 23498
