It doesn't add up...

Good Results + Strong buying pre results + Christmas online buying soon = Price drop

Then again some companies that have debt for equity hanging in the balance, poor results and bankruptcy around the corner and they go up!

Why sell now at a loss?

Wont that be a kick in the teeth when we see 13.5p 14p again!

It's nice to see RTD at bargain basement levels temporarily, perfect chance to buy in a few more just before results - which are going to be good.

IMHO forget the US and their antics, this is purely sour grapes and if you don't believe me please be sure to read "The unshredded truth of Enron - anatomy of greed" by Brian Cruver.

RTD are destined to be big in the US, they are already well known and now one of their major US rivals are at the end of their tether - In a years time we can safely move many of Cybersource's customers into RTD's P&L and that will really be a sight worth seeing!

Well I hope you boys and girls are right. Bought another tranche at 14.75 could have time it better. But still think it will be app 22 by October. I hope 2004 not 2005. If the figures are good, I wonder where next.

RTD is currently ridiculously undervalued purely because of retail investors being terrified of the prospects of a US legal challenge, without appreciating the insignificance of this whether RTD win or lose the case at the end of day!

Do your "funnymentals" and you'll see that that RTD is worth around 17p on Australian fuel card income alone.

This "last ditch atttempt" Cybersource thing is destined to be ultimately truly massive for RTD and has the potential to turn RTD into a 1+ company in around 2 years time.

Cybersource have screwed up and made RTD "pissed" - what a pefect opportunity for some serious market capturing.

Totally agree, the upside is enormous, the downside minimal. Have topped up and await an upsurge on results and progress on this ridiculous legal claim which should be retracted if Cybersource wish to retain credibility and their money! Don't think it will hang over the shareprice for long.

Looks like everyone is now waiting for the half yr results aand an update from the company on the lawsuit - just 16k traded by 2.30pm!!!!!!

Not so, Fundy. I bought some mid morning at 14.53 which still haven't shown up on the trades data yet. How long can brokers/market makers withhold trades from the market?

Edit: Just spotted Dailos's thread in the Traders' Room on Delayed Reporting. My experience today doesn't fit the rules.

If you bough with TD Waterhouse then they probably won't show up as they use a different system. I think it is called virtual-x which sometime explains why prices will move when there doesn't seem to be any volume.

Warn me before you put your tranche on the market. Although not as many as you I hold quite a few of these share bought at about 5+p, after getting out at the peak a few years ago. The problem I see is the NMS is 75,000 and I can see the MM being their usual charming selves if there is a great degree of selling. (I don't blame them.)

Lets hope it goes up and stays up. That would be a nice ----.
