driver - 16 Feb 2005 16:54 - 1437 of 27111

The late sells must be the check out on the placing thats got some of it out of the way.

zscrooge - 16 Feb 2005 17:47 - 1438 of 27111

Ade are you also known as Adeyberry? I've just seen the seo board on a competitor site and oh dear. The bashers are out in force there which instantly made me sympathetic to the pro seo lobby. Seems I have stumbled into a nasty BPRG/SEO row. I'll look more carefully next time and read back on bbs. LOL.

Good luck here.

accord - 16 Feb 2005 18:00 - 1439 of 27111

Dynamite:
Ive had WHOG for a couple of months, bought at 1.1p, should have sold when they were nearer 2p but waiting for the gizmondo handheld device to be launched in the UK later this month to see what happens to the sp. decide from there. Some interesting points on their thread on this BB.

AdieH - 16 Feb 2005 18:03 - 1440 of 27111

No its not me if your asking me zscrooge... Potential in both companies, still hold BPRG but have been holding that since 1.00 level, out of SEO now but will be back at some stage.

zscrooge - 16 Feb 2005 18:13 - 1441 of 27111

ah, ok Adie

EWRobson - 16 Feb 2005 18:23 - 1442 of 27111

We do seem to be getting some murky overflow from other threads. I'm glad you guys have been more patient today (as you know, I find that difficult at times). Funny that poverty sold out - did he come back as filthy poor? Reincarnation! I agree that those talking about support levels, in this case as low as 6p,they should give their reasoning rather than quote a bald statement as fact. As Adie points out (blue index concur) there is a support level at the financing level of 12.75p. Not that big so unlikely to be much overhang. See how the price goes tomorrow as it would be a pity to be left out for a matter of 1p. As usual, Di gets it right (envy, envy) selling near the high and buying back in lower down (see, she did it on PDX as well). The only way to trick her is to have an announcement while she is fetching the kids from school! lol!

Welcome back, stockdog, couldn#t resist the scent of your old mates! zscrooge: B**G caused some problems whilst sp was stuck down between 4p and 6p. Relatively small problem at higher cap. - probably more important to B**G (asterisks because of sensitivities - a lot of sleep has been lost in the past but we are now out into the sunshine).

Accord..no spare at the mo.

aldwickk - 16 Feb 2005 18:32 - 1444 of 27111

This as just been posted on the other side by someone called the bigw, which sounds like Evil K, i think SEO should issue a RNS to clear these rumours up.

16 Feb'05 - 18:15 - 23599 of 23603

The "watchers" who know me personally and those who know of me understand that with many companies I am bound by non-disclosure on certain companies. That's why at times I may appear cryptic. That said, I can still have "opinion".

As with nearly all technologies, rf has problem areas that could be big or small depending on which side of the fence you are on. I personally believe that this technology "will not" be commercialised due to technical glitches that could have a stop start effect on a lidding line!

I believe seo is conducting a classic "good news only"c policy at this time and who can blame them... I am not alone in my thoughts.

I know of several people who bought low and have sold recently on a straight forward buy on rumour play. None of these people "believe" the technology will be commercialised but it hasn't mattered one iota to them as they have made tidy profits and good look to them.

EWRobson - 16 Feb 2005 18:42 - 1445 of 27111

aldwick

Thanks for the post. Wonder if he's a aware that ASDA have tested thoroughly and bought into the technology! Happier to base my judgements on ASDA than that sort of knocking copy - if it is 'that man' then we know that the story is twisted to his own ends. Not a problem to me, because it gives a better sp to build the stake - off for supper; hope it really is a steak!

bosley - 16 Feb 2005 19:11 - 1446 of 27111

evening all. er... did i miss something? did seo suddenly change overnight? why are people posting old news and trying to peddle rumour as fact? i dont remember anyone saying the technology wouldnt be commercialised when the price was 4p , or on its way up. filthy poor , 4p was the resistance level last year , maybe you should wait for that. zscrooge, robert reiser isnt spin , its a deal worth 4 million a year.others are forthcoming. i dont get all the negativity, folks. nothing has changed. we had a great run, some traders spotted it , well done to them. maybe a few of us got carried away, understandably, and wanted it to go on, forever blue. maybe the placing has had a bigger effect than originally thought. never mind, things will settle. as for the bigw, well it made me laugh. who is the bigw qouting ? doesnt make any sense. garbage.

Seine - 16 Feb 2005 19:18 - 1447 of 27111

what da F going on!!!

AdieH - 16 Feb 2005 19:47 - 1448 of 27111

Lol, think SEO should be told about the post claiming that RF has faults, these people should be bought to task for peddling such crap...

zscrooge - 16 Feb 2005 20:17 - 1449 of 27111

robert reiser isnt spin , its a deal worth 4 million a year.others are forthcoming.

Cheers bosley. Perhaps accounts at results will clarify matters.

EWRobson - 16 Feb 2005 20:41 - 1450 of 27111

Note that the results are to end-October so somewhat historical. One would expect an indication of first quarter figures and some projections. Evolution have 200 machines in current year which is based on management figures so that should be confirmed. That may be in the price but it will give the analysts something to base figures on. I hope we will see the actual deals that have been done, including royalties flow. Most curious of all is the laughable suggestion that we are talking about old technology. Strange that the ASDA tests, in addition to the cost savings, prove retention of the odour and increased shelf life. Are these derampers sent over here to spread dissension?
As I've said before, balanced views are welcome but biased negative stuff (I nearly repeated g*****e!)is not. It shouldn't need to be said, but comments that appear to be of a factual nature should be properly researched.

zscrooge - 16 Feb 2005 20:43 - 1451 of 27111

EWRobson

but comments that appear to be of a factual nature should be properly researched.

I concur most wholeheartedly.

EWRobson - 16 Feb 2005 20:47 - 1452 of 27111

Great! Good to be on common ground! You ignore the fact that, looking at one of your earlier posts however, that they have just raised 4M cash. You also claim that they pinched technology, presumably referring to the gelatine capsule replacement area, because you then admit that the R/F packaging technology looks promising. The Reiser deal and ASDA trials refer to this. This is an example of why I, and others, are concerned about the lack of balance in some negative comment. Why don't you correct your previous post(s) on the basis of information provided? If you are not a holder, fine to visit to elarn and then contribute when you have updated yourself on the technology and commercial aspects, e.g. EVO projections.

TheFrenchConnection - 16 Feb 2005 21:11 - 1453 of 27111

Amities/ lndeed the very notion that RF technology is deeply flawed, or will prove, non commercial, is nothing but utter twaddle and acheiving nothing but sowing unneccassary seeds of doubt in the collective pysche. Such an absurd illogical statement is not only erroneous but feeds the rather naive implication that the likes of Asda and reisers are nothing but mere dupes in even trialing the product .Oh Do behave ! Give Asda a little credit here. .As it happens RF is a PROVEN quantity; hence the known interest of such distinguished suitors. From my vantage point it is the curren packaging technology that costs the likes of Northern Foods alone a staggering 100m+ in fines p/a as a consequence of spoilt defective sealing that is the deeply flawed technology;and hence the manifest interest of both food manufacturers and retailers alike in seo rf tec.And as yet we dont know of other interested parties; and with such cost cutting achievable l am sure they await in the wings. .ln addition RF is not the only iron in the fire that drives SEO ,,Finally even if Simon c. is shorting SEO,,,So what? lt would seem only his successes are made well known and his costly failures kept a secret between him and his broker. The man was shorting REG @ 30p and look at its s/p now. Personally i see shorting being very temporary & shortlived. lts sailing against the wind ,,,,bonne chance !, a'bientot.!..bonne nuit ..@+ J. ,,,,,, off topic> hehe ... ,,,,France 17 England 16 ,,,,,,and that was the Worst French side i have ever seen. l dont know who was more surprised they won. Me ?( who wanted to go home at half time ) or the actual players who pranced around Twickenham in jubilation for what seemed hours. ? Bit like shares really . Staying in til the whistle ....and then the jubilation . .But credit to the French kickers boot as every bit as deft as that of zinnedine zidanne whose sweet right foot knocked England out of the world cup last year ... ,,,,
