If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!
Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.
The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.
This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)
If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

Sorry if this has already been posted - but I can't trawl through 1440 posts!
When (on the traders day thread) I hit the "more" button I go back, So eg if I was looking at post 135 of 170 and asked for MORE it goes back & gives me posts say 61-90!
If this is known - fair do's - if not - it's very annoying!!!

Hi Sue 42,I think this happens if the last time you pressed "more" was at post 60.I notice there isn't always an "all messages" button.

axdpc, this is because you're on Premier subscription level. If you were on
Premier Plus, you'd be able to.
Click the 'Our Services' link at the bottom of this page for a
complete list of what's available at each level.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What about a thread like the country lodge, pilchard's place etc. that is visible and accessible on both BBs so that it sits as a bridge between the two?

I think it is important that when searching for an EPIC or any search term that the search is done on both BBs and the threads listed with an indication of which BB they are on. This how ADVFN do it and it would encourage people to upgrade if they thought there were topics on the Traders BB that they could not access but would be of interest.
I cannot see why there could not be a crossover thread. It could actually just reside on say the Investors database and be visible from the Traders one also. Traders accounts can access and update Investors BB threads after all.

The problem with "bridging" threads is that the thread list becomes too big and you are not mixing like with like. If they do exist there must be an option to hide them. Also, who would be allowed to create them? Investors or Traders. Think of the consequences. All the Investor threads appearing in the Traders list.
There is a very pratical reason why it's not a good idea. Those on the Investor side could easily be led into bad trades by postings from the Traders side. We all ramp and all know how to treat those ramps, but would that apply to the Investor side where there are folks who aren't so "wise" and could be easily led?
All in all I am against the idea.

No. I was merely thinking of one thread bridging the two BBs as a sort of social get together or a place where both BBs could contribute. I agree that any more than that would be a mistake.
