New Customer Win

Philadelphia VA Medical Center - a new customer for U2 Interactive.

Ultrasis, the leading provider of cognitive behavioral therapy for stress and mild to moderate depression, is pleased to announce that its US joint venture, U² Interactive has secured a new contract with Philadelphia Veterans Association to provide it's Beating the Blues program.

The Philadelphia VA Medical Center under the leadership of Dave Oslin, MD, Associate Chief of Staff for Behavioral Health, and Dr. Johanna Klaus, Director of the Behavioral Health Lab, is partnering with U2 Interactive to offer Beating the Blues to Veterans.

Beating the Blues US allows Veterans to access the program 24 hours a day, seven days a week in a confidential format. "This is a significant contract for U2 Interactive," said John Smith, Chief Executive of Ultrasis. "The Philadelphia VA has recognized that Beating the Blues offers an affordable and highly scalable solution to treating mild and moderate depression and anxiety conditions for Veterans. We look forward to working with Dr. Oslin, Dr. Klaus & team to support them in deploying the program across their system." He added "this contract also means that we are now registered as a contractor on the VA Procurement system which will help facilitate future contracts with other VA Systems."

Contract with California Institute for Mental Health (CiMH)

Ultrasis, the leading provider of cognitive behavioral therapy for stress and mild to moderate depression, is pleased to announce that its US joint venture, U² Interactive, has been selected as the vendor of choice by CiMH to provide Beating the Blues (BtB) within California.

CiMH has been grant funded by the California Healthcare Foundation (CHCF) to conduct a four-site evaluation of the appropriateness and effectiveness of using Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) for mental health issues in California's mental/behavioral health "safety-net" population. Given the anticipated expansion in demand for services, as part of the Accountable Care Act implementation and Medi-Cal (Californias Medicaid Program)expansion, safety net providers will need creative solutions to be capable of responding, given that existing resources are already strained and limited. Recruitment of demonstration sites is currently underway and the implementation will be supported by CiMH.

Screenetics contract win

Ultrasis announces that its recently-acquired screening and wellbeing subsidiary, Screenetics UK Limited ("Screenetics"), has won three new contracts with customers spanning the public and private sectors. The value of the contracts is an estimated £2 million per annum. The revenues are partly conditional on performance, but, based on past experience, Screenetics is confident of fulfilling the contract criteria.

Ultrasis acquired Screenetics on the 4th October 2013 as part of its strategy to broaden the range of products and services it provides and to enable it to become a provider of wellbeing, health and social care services.

The contracts relate to the provision of:

· 9,500 flu vaccinations (currently being delivered, one year contract);
· health screenings as part of a salary sacrifice scheme to a large public sector body (commences February 2014 ,three year contract); and
· employee screening to a large UK corporate company (commences spring 2014, initially one year contract).

"This is positive news for both the Screenetics team and for Ultrasis," said John Smith, Ultrasis' Chief Executive. "We are delighted to have secured these significant contracts so soon after the acquisition and believe Screenetics is now well positioned to secure further contract gains. The strength of Screentics in the wellness and screening market is their absolute focus on quality customer service and in delivering the very best experience for the individual using their services".

Kevin Hollick, Screenetics' Managing Director, said: "We have been strengthened by becoming part of the Ultrasis Group and it is encouraging to see these contracts come to fruition, I am confident that 2014 is going to be a significant year of growth for the Screenetics business. We are planning for the volume of health assessments we provide to quadruple in the next 12 months and these contracts put us well on the way to exceeding our expectations".

He added "2014 also sees the introduction of our first mobile health assessment vehicle which will initially be used to deliver a nationwide road show for a large corporate customer to promote wellbeing in the workplace".
