I believe it is likely to be 28th July and not the 24th March. Has been discussd at length on FYB a while back along with sloppily the RNSs were worded.

Are you ready for the red ink results and confirmation of delays to Greenseal conversions, not just delays but how few have actually been converted at this stage? If so, expect the potential hammering of sp in the short-term.
