I think Bling will be blong gone

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 08:45 - 14605 of 27111

Let me put you out of your misery then. Here it is days before he writes it;
Hah. 1mill. That will all come off the bottom line. Figures look bad this year now. Short this dog, its going nowhere. BPRG gave in cos the patents are worthless and these muppets paid 1mill for nothing. Plus costs of 20 Squillion.
Rights issue on its way. 4p by March. You rampers are all clowns.
Users you currently have squelched
Anyone who disagrees with you
Anyone who can see through you
Anyone with an IQ above 3

Excellent news. Pent up demand let loose. Suspect we may get further good news re InGel shortly. Glad I got back in last week.

Wey, hey! Decided to have a lie in this morning cos I didn't think there would be any news until after 10. Brilliant stuff, well done Alan. (Got any tips!?).

We could see a bit of healthy competition between the 2 companieds from now on, to push them both forwards at a pace.

Does this mean the end of all the sniping? Which BB do I go to for the latest entertainment?
Thanks to all involved in good reasoning.

Just seen a news flash, re Tesco planning to open stores in the USA. As the largest supermarket by far in the UK, no doubt they will be looking to compete with Walmart. Yes I know that sounds stupid giving the massive power of Walmart but competition will be a natural progress, even in a small way. Customers will look at both where the stores are closely situated. Now if Walmart take Greenseal etc, and it proves successful, Tesco would have to follow. All imho of course.

Alan, that sounds just like Blinger......I think I have it sussed folks, Alan IS Blinger!?! ;-)

AAAGGGHHH. You caught me out.
If you want to know more about bling, go to the nowt thread. I Googled him for a bit of fun. Also a very entertaining thread.
ENOUGH. He has ruined this thread for months and much as I am enjoying the "blinger is a prick" party, we are all better off for forgetting he even exists.
Alan

PS Tip for Kim. Don't wipe your arse on a broken bottle. ;-)

bhunt1910 - 09 Feb 2006 09:01 - 14611 of 27111

The advantage - hopefully - is that now that BPRG shareholders are in effect now shareholders of SEO, the sniping will stop and we can get back to balance debate.

robinhood - 09 Feb 2006 09:02 - 14612 of 27111

tune of the day: bling bling bling bling, plonk plonk plonk plonk

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 09:04 - 14613 of 27111

Speaking of which, Baza, what chance of the 2 now forming an alliance on the capsule front????

kimoldfield - 09 Feb 2006 09:10 - 14614 of 27111

Hopefully, there is nothing now stopping the 2 supporting each other and cooperating fully with new product invention. Wishful thinking? I suppose it cuts out the competion idea.

Biscuit - 09 Feb 2006 09:24 - 14615 of 27111

I think the sensible move for SEO would be to pay in cash, we all expect the share price to move north over the next few months, so, if they paid in shares, we'd actually be over paying them as I would argue SEO shares are slightly undervalued at the moment.

Some big sells now.

kimoldfield - 09 Feb 2006 09:29 - 14617 of 27111

Once the shorters have changed their underpants and sorted their shorts this share price will fly, along with BPRG. Thought I'd do a bit of ramping - different bottle Alan!

You are right in a way Biscuit, but I think that Stanelco have something going on that they need all the cash they can get hold of for at the moment, just a theory.

Poss Kim however they have increased their borrowing facility to 25m, so should be ok.

(RNS) 2006-02-09 10:42 GMT:
Stanelco PLC - IsraCaps new licence terms

Article layout: raw
RNS Number:1636Y Stanelco PLC 09 February 2006

9 February 2006
Stanelco plc ("Stanelco")
Stanelco and IsraCaps agree new licence terms

Stanelco plc, the radio frequency applications group is pleased to announce that it has re-negotiated its licence terms with IsraCaps Ltd, a company registered in Israel, so that the license becomes non-exclusive with respect to capsules made using radio frequency techniques. In consideration Stanelco Plc will issue 1,355,932 shares representing 0.145% of the share capital of Stanelco.

kimoldfield - 09 Feb 2006 11:48 - 14620 of 27111

What d'you reckon Baza, more re-negotiations on the way?

stockdog - 09 Feb 2006 12:10 - 14621 of 27111

The 491k trade at 9.03 is marked as a sell, but at 15.73p looks more like a buy to me. Ditto the 250k at 15.50 - although technically at the mid-price. The two earlier trades of 392,841 looks liek a roll over of a single position.

Overall a pretty robust response to the cc settlement, even though it cost us cash/shares and makes all 3 families of patents non-exclusive - only one was actually in dispute as far as I can reacll. So the price of settlement also includes sharing 2 otherwise exclusive patent families. Can anyone tell me if BPRG use or are likely to use the patents to make competing products?

kimoldfield - 09 Feb 2006 12:18 - 14622 of 27111

Stockdog
Richard Trevillion said that the settlement will enable both companies to concentrate on their respective businesses, which for BPRG is pharma and healthcare, so it should not affect SEO's business. HOWEVER! it does state in BPRG's blurb that it is engaged in research etc with "other market sectors". Personally though, I cannot see anything other than cooperation between these two now.
