Some good news at last with a small compensation to pay out can only be onwards and upwards from here.

I will update the Research Page ASP

The thing is if they re-negotiate the deal with Asda would they be in a position to fill more orders with other companies, apart from a re-negotiation meaning a similar deal to the one with IsraCap, ie either a return of cash or a share deal.
I think the exclusive deal re Asda, was an excellent move. They appear to be struggling slightly to fulfill the Asda deal, so the exclusive agreement will give them time to gear up to full production. Once they have the facilities in place for many more multiple orders, this will gain momentum like a snowball down a hill.
The new deal with IsraCap looks to be at the right time. Timing is everything.

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 12:54 - 14630 of 27111

Can't see any point with renegotiating the Asda deal. Any negotiations with others started now would not procure any orders until after exclusivity runs out anyway. I think efforts would be better served on SEO's part by ensuring that they have the ability to fulfill any orders they do get post exclusivity.

I wondered if the new deal with Isracaps was part of the negotiated settlement - so that BPRG couls enter that market. Dont know why or what for - but looking for a link ?

At least all parties know what playing field they are - even if we dont yet - and I am sure cardinal will have had some involvement in the settlement.

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 13:02 - 14632 of 27111

Funny how the same words can mean different things to different people.
I read the Isracaps news to mean that SEO can now sell the technology to other concerns within that geographical area. You seem to think that it means BPRG can now enter the arena cos its freed Isracap to go elsewhere.
Wonder whos right, Baza. Think its my interpretation because yours would mean Isracap paying SEO compensation.
Whichever I am certain that it is linked to the settlement and is good for SEO.

It's a bit quiet on the BPRG thread I thought they said we were going under.

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 13:14 - 14635 of 27111

They've all gone to Estoril with Bling.

oblomov - 09 Feb 2006 13:28 - 14636 of 27111

Re the ISRACAPS re-negotiation.

SEO will presumably have to renegotiate any 'exclusive' contracts which involve the disputed technology (patents) under the terms of the settlement with BPRG. SEO cant now claim they have exclusive rights to use the technolgy.

Possibly there aren't any others - if there are there could be further re-negotiations and payments.

Bling - who is Bling ???

blinger - 09 Feb 2006 14:21 - 14639 of 27111

smell the fear, the more blanks I see the more I know they are posting, nobody posts 24/7 about an equity they are confident about, 1m out of pocket, look at the 100k sells coming through.
Ah well time for a dip and a Vino Verde.

Wait for the penny , well 100m pennies to drop, and then watch them exit.

Check out March Brent.

Greekman: I agree with you that the ASDA deal was a good move as it brought ASDA's commitment. The others were talking OK but it was ASDA that were prepared to move. I am not sure whether the slowness with the ASDA contract is entirely down to SEO: certainly the announcement of extra machines being made available to minimise downtime suggests that the unwillingness of suppliers to take machines off-line was a factor.

I suspect that competitors will be ready to move in when the exclusivity period is over and that Tesco will be included. In which case it could be Tesco taking the technology into the US which will help that market to move.

The thread list says that Bling did post 14639. Its not appeared which suggests that his expletives have led to him being squelched by those in authority. lol!

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 15:20 - 14642 of 27111

Aw Baza. Bling is just my pet name for the enobled knob.
Its only Blinger on formal occassions.

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 15:31 - 14643 of 27111

Bling is also the man who sold out of BPRG at 51p (now up about 5%) and shorted SEO at 12p (now up about 30%).
What a loser.
The man who broke the bank at..........well his own branch actually.
HA. Bugger off bling. Aint you got the message. You're not welcome here. We have no time for fantasy investors who double up as obnoxious idiots.
ROTFLMLJHGFU or whatever.

blinger - 09 Feb 2006 15:53 - 14644 of 27111

lol@EWR

& THERE GO THE 12M SELLS.

hewittalan6 - 09 Feb 2006 15:57 - 14646 of 27111

Ye Gods Blinger.
Get a life.
They are ancient and are probably what has held the price steady for so long.
Could just as easily be buys and neither you or I could ever know any different.
Don't you think 12 million sells would have knocked the sp down a teensy weensy bit???

Sharesure - 09 Feb 2006 15:59 - 14647 of 27111

It has become difficult to take this thread seriously when it gets so hung up over the shorting equivalent of a half pint shouter, whilst a pair of WT trades for the sale of 10.5m shares goes through unremarked and on a day when it could have been hoped that shareholders view SEO's future more optimistically. I hope those shares have got a willing recipient because otherwise that it is a big chunk of stock to have hanging around on MM's books.
