It has become difficult to take this thread seriously when it gets so hung up over the shorting equivalent of a half pint shouter, whilst a pair of WT trades for the sale of 10.5m shares goes through unremarked and on a day when it could have been hoped that shareholders view SEO's future more optimistically. I hope those shares have got a willing recipient because otherwise that it is a big chunk of stock to have hanging around on MM's books.

3.5m now seemed to have vanished off the Trades page, perhaps the other 7.0m can go the same way.

I hope I do not have my knuckles rapped for disclosing price sensitive information here but the reason for the sp increase today has nothing to do with the cc settlement.

In my post this morning I received, from Tesco, a free sample of Finish Quantum dishwasher tablets and a voucher for 200 extra Clubcard points if I purchase a pack of the aforementioned.

As all shareholders are aware SEO provide the wrapping for the tablet and the effect on SEO turnover and pofitability by this promotion IMHO can carry the sp to at least 75 pence in no time.

Please do not spread this price sensitive information to the world at large.

Stanelco Settlement Offers Little To Profits

0926 GMT [Dow Jones] Stanelco (SEO.LN) notes a settlement has been reached with Bioprogress in relation to the sealing of water soluble capsules. "While this now frees up both parties to exploit this technology commercially, and is clearly positive news for Stanelco...we do not see this as a particularly important announcement as far as short-term profitability is concerned," it says. "We also suspect that the importance to the group of this technology has diminished following the move towards commercialisation of the Greenseal and Biotec technologies." Shares trade +5.1% at 15.5p. (DWE)

I assumed that the 7m sell was the 1m compensation to BPRG - its about the right number !!!!!

I would have though that they had agreed on the price last week - so today would just have been the execution of the agreed deal !!!!!!!!

Would not surprise me if the 3m shares were the payment in lieu to the lawyers - they will be worth a fortune in a couple of years !!!!!

If that is the case then we must assume that BPRG wanted the shares and not the cash so SEO must have told them or reassured them on future deals in the pipeline.
