1621 GMT [Dow Jones] Stanelco's (SEO.LN) 7M shares related to the settlement of its dispute with Bioprogress (BPRG) have now been sold into the market, says Evolution. The brokerage bought the whole stake at 14p, sold half of the shares as a lump to one buyer and sold the rest into the market at various prices. Stanelco +5.1% at 15.5p, Bioprogress flat at 52.75p. Thanks Barney, will read it as my bedtime matter. Your absolutley right BTW. The world is moving on with plastics, just as it did from bakelite to modern plastics, and will do from petro-chemicals to renewable energy. being in at the begining was never a bad thing for any company.

That is good news One2Watch. That single buyer is confident and over 3 million dropped on the market today with the price rising 5% can only bode well.
What has happened will also make the finals better to read and harder for bashers to put down.

Misspelling there, Baza. Status has an "a" in it and its an "n" not an "l" in the word that precedes it.

You are not allowed to use the c word on the A**N site anymore, they suggest you use the words "are you sure" instead, though I must confess that "Blinger you are an are you sure" doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

Stanelco plc ('Stanelco' or the 'Company')

Additional Listing

The Company has applied for 7,178,750 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the
Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the
Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ('Admission'). Admission is expected to
take place on Thursday 16th February 2006.

The above shares have been issued to Bioprogress plc pursuant to the settlement
agreement announced between the two parties yesterday. The Company has been
informed that Bioprogress has subsequently disposed of all of these shares
through Evolution Securities, Stanelco's broker.

Subject only to Admission, this represents full and final settlement of the
dispute.

So now confirmed that the 7 mill sales of shares yesterday was those issued to Bioprogress. I guess an institution has purchased these, and we should know soon which one.
