rather than pick out individual stocks to trade, it can often be worthwhile to trade the indices themselves, especially in times of high volatility.

I decided to go against the market on the FTSE so no real surprise, Expect the FTSE to be well sold into this week.

i think it's certain that it won't come to a war overtly involving outsiders, but severe unrest in ukraine has to be strong possibility ...... the russian reaction to that is predictable, but it's how the rest of the world deals with it that is likely to have far-reaching consequences as years pass by
