I've had a busy morning and today I actually feel like I've
finally got rid of that virus - taken long enough! - so I am
relaxing, watching some nice gains and hopefully the DOW wont
change that. (crosses ears!)

Been out househunting again - saw a couple of nice wrecks in Wilmslow that are going to tender - just trying to work out what to bid now!!!

Good day for me on the markets - lots of positive news from DNX this am and lots of blue in my portfolio.

Fundy - great deal in the Sunday Times - a place in Scotland needing
renovation (considerable)but available for 15 years after signing the contracts
for a pepper-corn rent of 1 per year - after which time the place
does revert back to the estate or you have to buy it at market price,or
pay the market level of rent on it...
but just think..beautiful location..beautiful scenary..holiday rent out
and for only a 1 a year - shame about the 15 yr clause though...
