Hi All,

I have not received an alert from EVS to say when the results will be announced.

Maybe they won't send an alert, just the results, but the way it sounded, is that they will do a prior announcement to say what day the results will come out, once they know for sure.

It can't be far off anyway, but I think they are waiting for deals to be completed, on Seven, or an aquisition(or two !), and all the due dilligence is holding the results up.

As some will know, I have stuck with EVS for sometime.

Info I have is that Seven Telecom and CCR are going to betaken by Stephen Evans. I have no idea for how much, but this will happen very soon. What EVS then intend to do, I am not sure, but I believe that IDN merger could happen. They want VOIP, and EVS have it.

The IDN thing is my opinion, but Stephen Evans taking 7 telecom, is what I have been told.

I also believe that EVS will come good, and with a mkt cap of only 2.5 million, reward far outways any risk.

IF I could say I would. It was a slip of the tounge I think, but not from EVS management. I know several people have said various amounts of lies in relation to EVS, but for my sins I have been a holder and dealer for EVS / CCR for sometime. I believe in the company, and think that it will come good, once it clarifies what is going on. This should be very soon.

I find it a tad hard to believe based on the fact he sold stock in March this year to fund a house move, so it doesn't sound like he's loaded .... and he certainly hasn't been adding even at 1p, or we would have had an RNS by now ....

I think EVS will announce the first aquisition, maybe the selling of the wholesale business too, within the next couple of weeks, so that it can be voted on if required, at the upcoming AGM

international telephony provider announces that on 23rd March 2005 the following
director's dealings took place.

Stephen Evans, Commercial Director disposed of 500,000 shares at 6.25 pence per
share taking his total holding to 12,550,000 shares, representing 5.47% of the
issued share capital.

This disposal was made following the announcement of the interim results this
week and is in order for Stephen to fund a forthcoming house move.

0222166, I think you are clutching at straws matey, believe in this shambles of this fiasco of a co if you want to, you will be the loser.
You have already stated that you have not yet recieved any payments for your services to CCR.
How long have you been a dealer with CCR? Do you not think you should have had some income from this by now?
All that hard work for nothing so far, and all the customers you have aquired are not yours to keep if the co decides to alter its course!
THEY BELONG TO CCR NOT YOU!!!!

The dealers and pi's have been well and truly shafted IMHO!
