Talking more of the share price, with the amount of sells vs buys over the past 3 days, and the placing of 38 million shares just this week, I imagine it will take a collossol hike in demand for these shares to push the price back up. Now the hype has died down somewhat, you have to expect that natural market forces will once again take over. Thanks SN

that 965k T trade is a buy from when the price dipped for a minute IMO

bhunt1910 - 17 Feb 2005 13:23 - 1501 of 27111

Its worth noting that although there appears to be a predominance of sells - (some of which are buys) - there have only been about 6.5m shares traded today (about 850k) - which is much, much lower than the previous 3 or 4 days.

I dont know what that means - but the volumes are considerably lower.

The dishonesty behind that interference quote reported by Aldwick is mind-boggling. SEO have been a world leader in application of R/F for decades so would not make such a schoolboy error, while you must give credit to ASDA taking that into account in their trials. Nor can I agree with 12.825p (the placement price) not being a support level. Clearly considered as such by my broker. Any support level can be broken but is much more likely to produce a bounce. Volumes are relatively low this week as there were 150M shares traded last week or nearly 20% of the share capital, so price is unlikely to move much until the volume picks up; plenty of warning so the MMs will not be caught short of stock, I doubt. Filthy Poor: thanks for refuting the interference nonsense but your comment about an sp of 6.5p doesn't make sense. You can't just look at a chart: you have to take account of the fundamentals; in this case including the ASDA trials. There is also the comment that analysts forecasts can't be relied on, but that is how they build their reputation; added to that, in this case, Evolution quoted management figures, so it is effectively a preview of forecasts which should be unveiled as part of the Prelims. Peel Hunt, the house brokers, will have quoted up-to-date figures in the recent placing. The accounts themselves, being for the period to end October, will not show much build up of revenue but, based on my recollection of the Interims, they will be reasonably explicit about current trading and forcasts.

Put my money where my mouth is - CFD for 125K shares at 13.15p.

I didn't say either of the two parties had not already thought about this,
I was mearly adding some fact to alwickk's post 1492.
So, get off your soap box, before you fall off.

All industrial, electro-mechanical machinery has to comply with the following
regulations:-

BS EN 50081 Emissions standard and
BS EN 50082 Immunity standard.

Simply, they must not emit any interference which may cause other machinery
to malfunction. Also they must be immune, within limits, to any such interference.

This is not the minor problem which you suggest it is, but, to reinforce my first statement, they have probably already covered this.

Aldwikk, FILTHY POOR, Dexter et al.

RF interferrance? simple! SEE Block Shield(BLS)!

dexter01 - 17 Feb 2005 14:34 - 1507 of 27111

FP,
I apologise, i read it wrong, aldwickk`s post was lifted from the other side.

6.5p solid support level.
12.825p weak support.
This company has a viable product, but its intellectual property
does not command a market cap. of >100m.
I have been known to be wrong...... I can't remember the exact occasion.
Hope your CFD pays off!

Its safer on terra-firmer.

dexter01 - 17 Feb 2005 14:39 - 1510 of 27111

FP.

dexter

FILTHY POOR - 17 Feb 2005 14:47 - 1511 of 27111

dexter
I stand corrected, "firma", the really hard stuff.

dexter01 - 17 Feb 2005 14:53 - 1512 of 27111

FP,
seriously though, what is your take on SEO and their product?
tia,
Dexter

FILTHY POOR - 17 Feb 2005 15:23 - 1513 of 27111

dexter
SEO have an excellent product and, I believe, a very rosy future.
However, in the short term, I have some concerns about their cash position
and the impending damages awarded to BPRG.
The "placing" cash, I suspect, will be completly eaten-up by this.
Have the placing shares been admitted yet? Where they admitted on the 15th?
If so, Peel Hunt could have already sold some, and made a tidy profit.

deancroft - 17 Feb 2005 15:28 - 1514 of 27111

Regarding previous posts concerning RF leakage, serious problems etc, be content that at least one small investor here is an Engineering Tech, Engineering Council registered and a Member of the Institute of Incorporated Engineers. Howard White, Deputy CEO of Stanelco has confirmed to me that their technology is solid state and these declarations of "leakage problems" are utter nonsense. RF is not new, the application is. Don't be influenced by what you don't know, do what I did and talk to Stanelco or someone who does know then make up your own mind.

FILTHY POOR - 17 Feb 2005 15:35 - 1515 of 27111

deancroft
Didn't say it wasn't a problem they havn't dealt with.
But don't dismiss it as never having been a problem.
RF is not new, but neither is interference, which is why the
European community has decided to legislate it.
Also,an Engineer!!

The 2 sells of 325,000 shares do in fact look like buys - but notified late.
