"Athol is pleased to announce a change in the investment management arrangements for the Company.The existing investment management agreement between the Company and T1ps Investment Management (IOM) Ltd will cease, and Mr Tom Winnifrith will contract his services directly to the Company and act as Chief Operating Officer of Athol with immediate effect. In order to maintain the low corporate overhead the Board has accepted the resignation of Robin Andrews with immediate effect.

Chairman Jennifer Allsop commented: "We thank Robin for his contribution and I look forward to working with Tom as he takes a more hands on approach to Athol in the future as we enter an exciting period for the Company."
