Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Thanks for your time and info - on a slightly different note, I am new to trading and would like to do a course/workshop covering derivatives, encompassing what dealing in futures, options, cfds, warrants, spread betting involves so I have a thorough overview of what each entails before making my decision on which to focus on - do you have any recommendations? There is so much out there with the world and their mother wanting to flog their particular seminar/indispensable software/methodology and I don't know enough to make informed decisions!
Regards
Anna

I've never done a course myself, although I keep considering it! - quite a few brokers do free ones, like e*trade, e.g has one January 14, 2004, 4pm-6pm Level: Beginner/Intermediate FREE

If you want to pay, I know a lot of people have recommended croc's courses. You can access his site through the traders thread and take a look.

Nov 3 Me to you:-
Do you not think double figures is over optimistic?
Not if they go into profit-but the big question is when

Nov 7 Your post...went in just about the lowest, with the same number I sold
Nov 10 your post..waiting to go BUST.

???

little woman - 11 Nov 2003 13:02 - 154 of 3104

Ajren - Nov 10 - waiting to go BUST????

little woman - 11 Nov 2003 13:03 - 155 of 3104

Oh you mean OHN!

ajren - 11 Nov 2003 13:08 - 156 of 3104

I mean what is your position today?

You BOUGHT despite thinking they will go BUST...Your word

little woman - 11 Nov 2003 13:13 - 157 of 3104

No - I was talking about OHN, as the previous post was using it as a warning about CYH. I was explaining that I didn't buy them (OHN) because I thought they could too easily go BUST, but CYH has a lot more support and prospects and not a good comparison.

Personally I still hold a few CYH, awaiting the results which hopefully will be out soon. If they go up I'll be happy. If they go down I'll pick up a few more as compared to some of the other high risk companies out there I consider CYH a better risk, with a better future.

ajren - 11 Nov 2003 13:31 - 158 of 3104

Thanks for your explanation.Sometimes treads - through no ones fault-
cause confusion as one can reply to some post but in the meantime there
is another post

ateeq180 - 11 Nov 2003 20:22 - 161 of 3104

what do you make of trafficmaster selling all off its holdings in cybit, also everyone was very excited about this stock but all of a sudden there seems to be no real backing for this stock,or may be every one is hoping for the 14th november,if there is better news to come ,lets hope the results are as good as some peoples good posts.

blakester - 12 Nov 2003 09:50 - 162 of 3104

Is everyone now dumping/losing interest in this stock? The threads dropping rapidly...

sivad - 12 Nov 2003 10:03 - 163 of 3104

Cybit results will be announced in the last week of |November.

Nitefly - 12 Nov 2003 10:07 - 164 of 3104

Still here, the lull before the storm as they say. I think eveyone has about covered all that needs to be covered and now it's just a case of playing the waiting game. I'm still as confident as ever. All I would say is, it's about time we had a confirmed date, which would get rid of the speculation.

Good luck all

NF

ajren - 12 Nov 2003 11:20 - 165 of 3104

Hi,I bought last week but should not have - for the way I deal. Now I want to sell.It is simply the wrong share for me.I am reasonably optimistic about
the company as it seems to have survived the worst and is still alive.

planttec - 12 Nov 2003 11:25 - 166 of 3104

Sivad
May i ask where you managed to glean that information from?
I have contacted Cybit and they are not forthcoming with a date for the results.

ckmtang - 12 Nov 2003 12:25 - 167 of 3104

I saw lots of buyer today. So be positive.

atf130 - 12 Nov 2003 12:37 - 168 of 3104

Just spoke to Cybit 2 minutes ago, one of thier staff members said,
"we do not have a confirmed date for reporting" she said late Nov, early Dec.
So a wait on this one!

ckmtang - 12 Nov 2003 12:38 - 169 of 3104
