IF I could say I would. It was a slip of the tounge I think, but not from EVS management. I know several people have said various amounts of lies in relation to EVS, but for my sins I have been a holder and dealer for EVS / CCR for sometime. I believe in the company, and think that it will come good, once it clarifies what is going on. This should be very soon.

I find it a tad hard to believe based on the fact he sold stock in March this year to fund a house move, so it doesn't sound like he's loaded .... and he certainly hasn't been adding even at 1p, or we would have had an RNS by now ....

I think EVS will announce the first aquisition, maybe the selling of the wholesale business too, within the next couple of weeks, so that it can be voted on if required, at the upcoming AGM

international telephony provider announces that on 23rd March 2005 the following
director's dealings took place.

Stephen Evans, Commercial Director disposed of 500,000 shares at 6.25 pence per
share taking his total holding to 12,550,000 shares, representing 5.47% of the

You have already stated that you have not yet recieved any payments for your services to CCR.
How long have you been a dealer with CCR? Do you not think you should have had some income from this by now?
All that hard work for nothing so far, and all the customers you have aquired are not yours to keep if the co decides to alter its course!
THEY BELONG TO CCR NOT YOU!!!!

The dealers and pi's have been well and truly shafted IMHO!

I think tangle is heading for the squelcher, talk about bashing, thats about as bad as I am willing to have on my screen, and whats the point, just so bitter for selling at a loss I reckon, as there is no point in posting that kind of bashing drivel here, as hardly anyone reads this thread anyway !

There couldn't have been an AGM today, as there was no AGM announcement today.

A lot of small caps had a recovery today, after the drops of the last two to three days, and I guess EVS saw a few bargain hunters, nothing more, as the volume would have been much greater, based on the low S.P

News on Monday is as likely as news on anyday I think :))))

The results are most likely being held up by due dilligence by a buyer of the wholesale part of Seven, or by EVS being to busy with their own on possible aquisitions.
