ASOS: BUY AT LOW PRICE!!!! (ASC)

wilco99 - 12 Sep 2003 15:52

ASOS have dropped quite significantly in the past week for no particular reason and I view this as the perfect opportunity to invest as I can see them bouncing right back up to the 5.50p mark in the next 2-3 weeks. STRONG BUY!!

Kivver - 27 Jun 2005 10:11 - 1509 of 5941

Its easy to be confident when your not holding (like me) but im pretty confident now is the time to get in. Im hoping it drops a little lower then im in.

jimmy b - 05 Jul 2005 16:22 - 1510 of 5941

This is annoying,, over the last few days there have been generally more buys than sells and the price has moved down, why ?

Kivver - 05 Jul 2005 17:08 - 1511 of 5941

How do you know there has been more buys than sells. If you are following the trades page on moneyam read the disclaimer on that page. The market makers play games with us too. Marking them down to panic people into selling so yhey have more to sell when the demand goes up. They also know when big buy or sell orders are coming in.

jimmy b - 05 Jul 2005 17:28 - 1512 of 5941

looking at the price most of the buys looked like buys, except maybe a couple of T trades. Are you in this one Kivver

stockdog,

Many thanks, I thought it was very recent and direct from company hence query as i get all announcements on email. SD

Kivver - 07 Jul 2005 15:11 - 1519 of 5941

jimmy b - ive been in and out once for a very nice profit. As i have said in earlier posts i think now is the time to get in. There are no guarantees of course, i just have a good feeling. Not many spare funds at the moment and decided to go for azm instead, i wish i had enough to get into both. I could sell some of my dogs (sps, bprg, cyh) but could end up regretting that. Decisions, decisions, but i think asc is a great one to be in, the reporting of sales this coming xmas could see the shares rise quite substantially.

jimmy b - 07 Jul 2005 15:30 - 1520 of 5941

Kivver i bought in just above the current price,so i'm in for the move to the new warehouse, days like today don't help, but here's hoping...Cheers JB.

ptholden - 07 Jul 2005 15:32 - 1521 of 5941

Taking all things into consideration today, the SP has responded remarkably well, makes you wonder where we would have been without the terrible news.

jimmy b - 07 Jul 2005 15:36 - 1522 of 5941

I agree pt , it was on it's way,,still when you look at what's happened in London this all pales in to insignificance..

ptholden - 07 Jul 2005 15:37 - 1523 of 5941

Certainly does Jimmy, hope to meet that loser ii one day.

stockdog - 07 Jul 2005 16:20 - 1524 of 5941

Me too jb - not sure I want to wait for Xmas figures to see some action, though.

ptholden - 11 Jul 2005 07:27 - 1525 of 5941

Hopefully this will keep the SP ticking upwards and back to the previous 90p level. Just goes to show that the previous year was not a flash in the pan.
