Please report bugs and enhancements (BUGS)

andy.lovell - 04 Nov 2002 11:26

If you're having any problems, or want to suggest some improvements, please post below!

Level2 changes
In the last few weeks we've needed to implement some code changes to make us compliant with the LSE's rules on the access of Level2 data.

The following requirement is now in place:
You can only use 1 program on 1 computer to access Level2 on MoneyAM using a single username.

This means that you are able to view as many Level2 windows using any one particular browser, or program, that you wish, however you will not be able to use both Firefox and Internet Explorer at the same time (the same goes for using Quote Tracker or TradeSeeker at the same time as viewing it using a web browser)

If you find you're being logged off of MoneyAM's Level2 with the message 'you've logged on from another location' then check the above and make sure you're not running any other programs at the same time before reporting this as a bug.

This is probably the free delayed service.
The real time message service will be chargeable.

As mentioned earlier in this thread being a crap speller I use Word frequently to type out a long post.
However when I cut and paste to here a few of the symbols come out as ?

The ones I have found so far are " ' which all come out as ?

They are obviously ok when typed directly into the message box but cut and paste from Word no way.

O and of course the pound sign not in any format
M

Addo - 15 Dec 2002 17:35 - 164 of 7315

Am I right in thinking that once you use the &ltOL&gt &ltUL&gt &ltli&gt for bullets and paras that the font changes at this site ? Weird eh ? See it on this thread. HERE

Legilly - 16 Dec 2002 10:00 - 165 of 7315

How about changing the colour of all the threads about beta testing the new site to red, so that they can easily be found

adriand - 16 Dec 2002 13:03 - 166 of 7315

The 1 day chart on the quote page does not have the previous day for comparison also does not show a price if no change.

adriand - 16 Dec 2002 13:06 - 167 of 7315

On the research page all bar the 1 week low are showing zero.

PeterG - 16 Dec 2002 15:34 - 168 of 7315

My first look at this site - and it looks good.

I guess this has been mentioned above (can't be bothered to trawl through all the posts) but I think it's essential to have the option to display INTRADAY CHART DATA over several days. E.g. choice of 1,2,3, 5 and 10 days worth of 1,3,5,15,30, and 60 minute data would be great. The 10 day option would also give you a small competitive ADVANtage over a certain other site I could mention...

Haystack - 16 Dec 2002 15:44 - 169 of 7315

I am not keen on the stockwatch page. The font is pretty small and a bit difficult to read. I prefer the ADVFN version, but maybe a compromise might work. It is the vertical height of the font that is the problem. there is too much background and it swamps the font.

MightyMicro - 16 Dec 2002 15:56 - 170 of 7315

Haystack: Prefer ADVFN! -- haven't you been banned yet? You have mail.
