jj50 - 04 Oct 2004 15:46 - 15221 of 23498

Any tea left in the pot?

Not a bad day is it,a good few +'s and as I am consolidating, it is a good day to be doing it - 14 trades so far! Tax man will enjoy in any event.

Nice to see PAG going up, do you still hold GBG Bunny, perhaps it should be next on my "to chop" list :-)

jj50 - 04 Oct 2004 15:46 - 15222 of 23498

Sorry opto, afternoon!

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 15:52 - 15223 of 23498

JJ - Yes I still do hold GBG (for my sins it seems these days!)
but I live in hope of it getting its act together again - next
reporting session should hopefully lift it.

Opto - The weather's cleared up beautifully here - how's things
up your way? (Friend of mine was hoping to get out on the Trent
today (N.Notts) wondered how wet she may have got!)

Priscilla - 04 Oct 2004 15:54 - 15224 of 23498

Afternoon girls, opto and anybody else....

Having a good day here too. DYS has a dream 5-day chart as far as my holding is concerned anyway.

graph.php?startDate=28%2F09%2F04&period=

Is there any tea left in the pot or shall I make some fresh?

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 16:00 - 15225 of 23498

Yeah good for you Priscilla!! It is a nice looking chart, how much
further do you think it will go? On second thoughts don't answer that
it may tempt fate, and I'll feel I jinxed it!

Loads of tea left - I'll get you a cup.

jeffmack - 04 Oct 2004 16:07 - 15226 of 23498

opto - snap. I sold out last week too; the Edmond Jackson comments were pretty damming considering he has been a long term supporter of Wiggins/PTG. Not looking much better is it....

Sunny here too but very breezy. My eyes are turning into squares, been working on this screen too long. Dog can take me out for a walk!!! Have a good evening all.

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 16:17 - 15230 of 23498

Diamonds and Desire Jeff Mack....interesting choices ;>)

Thanks Opto for the weather report - I'll owe you a couple of
gateauxs by the end of the year for your weather reports supplied
on request. :>)

Bye JJ and have a good evening!!

optomistic - 04 Oct 2004 16:18 - 15231 of 23498

PTG....odd thing is Artemis have increased their holding and Legal & General have today announced they have bought 5 million shares. Would like to have confirmed the figures but my RNS site has just gone unavailable!!

amberjane - 04 Oct 2004 16:26 - 15232 of 23498

Hello, sorry been out on school run again, this is Abigail, Hello. As Abi doesnt have a computer I get the feeling I am going to lose this one for an hour. Yes Bun quite correct, thanks (for absolutely no information at all!!!!)lol it was a while ago now, no probs.

Hils, glad I didnt sell the other morning on that run but I think I told u I couldnt buy these through my broker so I cant actually put a stop loss on and so am going to have to keep a very sharp eye on these! 'Dont need anything that big' dont think the guys will agree, and as for your mobile, you must have exceptional eyesight!

JJ glad you're implementing all that knowledge you've gained! See u later.

Even though we have an ample supply of chocolate at the mo, have just discovered 2 fingered white choc kit kats, not so sickly as the large ones so was able to eat the packet without any trouble. Packet two on the counter!

Priscilla - 04 Oct 2004 16:31 - 15233 of 23498

Oh, no! I don't follow PTG but that chart looks like poor Socs will need a few hugs when he come in, girls....

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 16:31 - 15234 of 23498

Sorry Amber - can't tell what I don't know, don't worry about it,
Tea or something stronger? :>)

Fundamentalist - 04 Oct 2004 16:34 - 15235 of 23498

Opto

PTG RNS relates to the recent placing take up by the 2 institutions so isnt actually new news. Glad I sold 80% of my holding at 6.3p in old money, still holding 20% in my ISA with long term hope - looks sick at the moment and the increased spread isnt helping.

jeffmack - 04 Oct 2004 16:38 - 15236 of 23498

Any news on the house fundy

optomistic - 04 Oct 2004 16:38 - 15237 of 23498

High Fundy, Thanks for that info on PTG RNS, somehow makes me feel better re my judgement ( which has been known to leave a lot to be desired) Ready for a Guiness, I am :-))

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 16:45 - 15238 of 23498

You're not alone there Opto - best guide to selling often is to
get out after me as I often sell too early (Billiton!) LOL

stockbunny - 04 Oct 2004 17:07 - 15239 of 23498

I'm outta here now - everyone have a good evening and someone
remember to give Socs a hug when he comes in..he may need it.
