Cybit the best telematics play (CYH)

Still Waiting - 21 Sep 2003 22:33

The chart for this stock says it all.

The company is quickly becoming a real gem in the telematics field, over the last month the co. has announced re-seller contracts which will bring in min. 2m or >30% of last years T/O alone.

The company is already experiencing massive organic growth so the co. should be profitable now following last years 500k loss.

The co. has approx. 6m cash and is in one of the hottest growth areas at the moment.

With a market cap. of 25m this will be re-rated x2/3 minimum within the next 6-12 months IMHO.

MM buys went through on Friday with T/O continuing to build, one to put on your monitor...

Things seem to have settled a little bit now with regards to price dropping ! perhaps we may see a little movement N

G12 :)

little woman - 25 Mar 2004 13:48 - 1526 of 3104

I've just bought 50,000 @ 2.35! (The transaction recorded as a sale)

Nitefly - 25 Mar 2004 14:10 - 1527 of 3104

Thats funny, I am getting quoted 2.5p to buy with Halifax

Who do you use Little Woman?

ahh, http://www.comdirect.co.uk

little woman - 25 Mar 2004 14:10 - 1528 of 3104

The 75,000 @2.35 is mine too! (Buy not a sell)

little woman - 25 Mar 2004 14:13 - 1529 of 3104

The first one was through HoodlessBrennan and the second through Comdirect.

I must admit is useful having two accounts with different brokers!

chartist2004 - 25 Mar 2004 14:30 - 1530 of 3104

I thought I had a bargin @ 2.38 on Mon! Tiss a long way from 3.73 where I bought in Nov :o(((. must keep :o)))!

Nitefly - 25 Mar 2004 14:35 - 1531 of 3104

I find it weird why Halifax would be quoting 2.5p and other brokers quoting 2.35p

Makes me wonder if I need to change!

little woman - 25 Mar 2004 14:37 - 1532 of 3104

Theres nothing to stop you having more than one account!

Douggie - 25 Mar 2004 22:24 - 1533 of 3104

Little woman since you can buy at the prices you quote this seems to sugest to me that
brokers are well overloaded with shares that are not selling, no wonder there is no advance

g12 yup price has settled!!...down!!!! I think I'm loosing faith in this share only handfull trades each day

amberjane - 26 Mar 2004 01:00 - 1534 of 3104

I tried to buy through HB yesterday and today at 2.5 but they were quoting me 2.8 to buy. Little Woman must have contacts in high places!!
From a still no holder of CYH shares.

david.morris39 - 26 Mar 2004 09:25 - 1535 of 3104

last thursday 18th I placed buy orders with both Barclays and TDW with a limit on both set @ 2.6. Barclays filled the order within 2hrs @ 2.48p and i had to wait until Monday 22nd for TDW to come in @ 2.45p. When i asked TDW for an explanation they said all Limit deals are handled electronically? yes I know that, so why the difference between two brokers? deals were going through on both days well within the spread? which was as i recall 2.3/2.8. Thankfully the price remained fairly constant. My own opinion for what it's worth is you won't see much movement in this price until after June. If you're not prepared to sit on them a while well we all know what to do.

chartist2004 - 26 Mar 2004 09:51 - 1536 of 3104

Amberjane - Ref 'contacts in high places' yes thats what it must have been, sill me for not twigging (some)! managed to buy at the sell price, OR were they selling? and just cracking on they were buying?????? I checked with my broker and noway could I have bought at the price as some claim to have...

neilpos - 26 Mar 2004 10:02 - 1537 of 3104

comdirect - sell 2.35p, buy 2.4p

chartist2004 - 26 Mar 2004 10:08 - 1538 of 3104

neilpos - barclays ditto!

little woman - 26 Mar 2004 10:08 - 1539 of 3104

chartist2004, spoke with amberjane (as we now have the same broker) and she got some at 2.40! I hope she doesn't mind my mentioning it.

I think you need to change broker.

chartist2004 - 26 Mar 2004 10:12 - 1540 of 3104

L.W. Dont think so as I said yesterday I bought @ 2.38 this wk :o))

tburns - 26 Mar 2004 10:51 - 1541 of 3104

Dear All

I hold 1.5M of these at an average of 2.8p, not good at the moment I know. My belief is that as we get towards April 5th tyhe price will continue to drift down as people lock in losses here to offset against others profits and so sit within their CGT limit of approx 8k. From April 6th, people will pour back in and in prep for the results in May/June this share will rise. I am liquidating about 30k of other shares to buy in here over the next week to pick them up at a bargain price.

I will then hold for upto 9 months. Am looking to sell outr half my holding at 5p and retain the rest to kick start my pension. Watch it drift over the next week then wait for the uplift. This strategy is employed by investors every year and should ne no suprise, just this year Cybit is a good share to lock in losses in the knowledge you can buy back in.

little woman - 26 Mar 2004 13:16 - 1542 of 3104

Douggie - I think the brokers are running out of stock - I just got quoted 2.6 to buy 2.38 to sell.

neilpos - 26 Mar 2004 13:28 - 1543 of 3104

Still 2.4 to buy & 2.36 to sell on comdirect

jonfish53 - 26 Mar 2004 13:40 - 1544 of 3104

Just got 2.40 buy at Halifax online
